What can I say ... HEB is a shopping experience !! Just Love the Stores .. Mathis HEB Needs to be updated ..but its clean and staff there are Awesome

You can always find a good shopping cart even when busy. The bakery and floral departments have good quality at good prices just like the entire store. Paper and digital coupons are all over the store. The one thing I can do without is the car wash.

We have a great H-E-B in Alice. Very thankful. Many don’t realize how blessed we are.

I have shopping HEB since I was born. My parents were faithful shoppers. They started shopping at the old place across the police department downtown. I was little back then of course. My mom and dad used to go shopping down town and then finish the shopping at the stores and but groceries and then we head home to Orange Grove. We lived out in the country. My father was a farmer. They need more handykap scooter.s and parking. Great customer service and staff.

Clean, spacious and plenty of selections! We stopped by for snacks and we found all we were looking for plus some! General store layout is similar to other HEB's. Plenty to choose from, we found multiple items with ease. Restrooms were clean and big. Two associates were ready to help with price check and self checkout. Thanks!

I always enjoy shopping at HEB.

Better prices on most things than other local stores. Pharmacy is really good. Always busy, but has way more checkers than Walmart.

So friendly. The meat dept was quick to grind up some chilli meat when I asked, they even had American Wagyu Beef Inside Skirt Steak!

This large grocery store has great security in the parking lot. No need to be afraid to go shopping there after dark.

From the free samples to the friendly smiles when cashing out, I always have a good experience. There is always a worker around when I need help finding something that is on a coupon. Overall great customer service and decent checkout speed.

Curbside employees they will get in your way and won't move and hard to pay because one to small place and no help to get in line to pay and at parking lot the employees that pushed the carts they have earplugs in their ears sometimes we go and we ask for help they can't hear because I think they are hearing music

This place has fresh hot food at the deli department.The chicken is made fresh every 2-3 hours and they also have sausage and sides.Check this place out on Tuesday when they have they're $4 plate special.ALL PLATES ONLY $4, SUPER DEAL!!!

Great place to shop for groceries compared to Walmart. I love the coupons and deals that they do and it's looking a lot better and cleaner. Keep up the great work. 👍

Today at the HEB I noticed bigger, taller carts but easier to load water (3 of 32oz bottles) underneath. I really enjoy shopping at HEB. The cashiers (female or male) are very helpful and polite. One lady that always remembers my name is Maria very sweet with all her customers. Thank you HEB in Alice, Texas
9/12 I found everything I needed and the cashier and sacker were very polite. The prices have gone up and when your retired you really have watch and ask do I REALLY NEED IT!!!

Food gas groceries and this time of year many varieties of pies.

One of the best HEBs I have been to. My job takes me around the State, so I have the chance to visit alot of stores. This one was very clean, organized, well stocked and the staff was super polite and helpful.

HEB is so awesome and the fact that they have so many options for everyone weather you cook or not or you just want a quick meal that's not fast food is definitely a life saver for alot of us lol.

Best place to shop. Always have employees in the departments that can help find anything and can recommend better products if need be. Always fresh meat cut in house, produce that arrives daily and their cheese ships are to die for.

Love HEB this store was ok but the employees were very nice, " BUT" no other HEB in South Texas comes up #1 for me as the HEB in Pleasanton Tx; there it's like the employees and the atmosphere make you feel welcomed and hate to see you leave!!!!
