McDonald's

They are great. They are fast even whittle place packed. My only complaint would be is someone should answer the phone so my online order will be made by the time I get there instead of making it once I'm there, I appreciate them making it fresh,but, if it's ordered at a certain time maybe it should be ready then its because someone might be in a rush

Friendly service. Clean. Restrooms available. Hot food. Great tasting oatmeal with brown sugar, diced green apples and raisins. Hot coffee, hash browns, cold vanilla coffee. Order was correct. Sat outside in the warm sun even though inside dining available.

The line was moving really really fast. The employees were on the top of their game, they did really good on the orders, everything i ordered was in the bag.....great experience.

This is a nice McDonald's in Alice. Staff was very friendly. Thought it was strange that the soda fountain is behind the counter, you can't just help yourself, I guess no free refills anymore, lol.

Chicken Mcnuggets are my favorite. Didn't disappoint. Fries were great. Now they sell jalapenos which I'm happy about.

Ordered a big Mac and got a 10 piece nugget instead, went back on my break and they offered to remake my whole order for the mistake! Manager did No complaining which was a WOW from me because the McDonald's on 281 would've made me feel like it was my fault...judging off 1st hand experience..

A few workers are really rude especially a couple of the ladies there food is good atmosphere is also except the staff needs a lot more work on getting better employees

They were very slow due to staff.

Went through the drive thru at 6:15pm. They weren’t very busy considering the time and it still took 5-10 minutes to get through the line. My food was hot and fresh which is typical for this location. The fries were way on the salty side but they are McDonald’s fries and I could eat them cold and they’d still be good.

Typical mcdonalds but had the most comfortable seats and booths. The food was made rigjt and great. When in the area stop by I will definitely be back.

Very good on price, public restrooms, and fast service.

I really like the service at this location. Also the burgers are really good; not dry or anything like I’ve had at other locations. The workers are quick, efficient, and listen and respond well to questions and requests. One thing I would change about this location: they need to change their oil... the fries never taste right here 🤢

By far the most friendlies, cleanest, awesome customer service ever! I thought id seen it all until we met the manager (or assistant mnger), great ladie. Im a mother of 4 lil ones and i usually just buy the 20 piece meal no need for happy meals (all they want is the toys) this ladie made there day by handing them a toy. Made there day, thank you!😀
