AT&T Store

Bryan was very helpful to my sister and I with getting a new phone and an IPad! He was nice, very easy to talk to and knowledgeable on everything we asked. Great employee and a great store to buy from.

This AT&T store is phenomenal! Staff is super friendly, helpful and ready to help with whatever you need. Liz helped me today and gave me options that not only saved me money monthly but I walked out with new phones that I didn’t think I could even afford. She broke down everything that I would be paying and made me feel comfortable with making my decisions.
I also wanna mention that this store was very clean and organized so it was not hard looking for a case or accessories.
Since I had a great experience I have convinced my family to go into the Alice AT&T store to get new phones as well and they made an appointment to see Liz.

I had more problems than a math book with my phone when I went to my AT&T store. Met Joe & he zipped through all of them like a good math teacher. Nice personality. Everything about him was A+ and no I'm not his mother. Needs a raise. Mary

John was my representative helping me today. I was praying he could take care of my problem and he did! John was very patient and very informative he listened to my requests and concerns. He never gave up and totally did what I needed! Amazing! He succeeded I am 100% satisfied. His supervisor Jose is just as courteous as John which goes to show how this location is operated. Excellent

I bought a new phone but decided after a week, that I didn't like it. These guys welcomed the return even though it was a major hassle doing the credit. Jose, Oscar and McKenzie were EXCEPTIONAL in finally discovering the problem and correcting it. Then they quickly re-setup my old phone. I was very impressed with their knowledge and diligence to get this done for me. Thank you guys for the great work!!

I am a klutz with phones, so I've been there 4 times at least in last couple years. Today and once before, Liz fixed me up, made things easy.

Samantha was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. She was very genuine and her caring for our service was a top priority!!!!!

Lubi was awesome. She answered all my questions and was very patient while working through all of my options. She is a great employee and a fantastic representative of what an AT&T emassador should be. Well done!

Service was great showed up just before closing. Bought two iphone 14’s and Brian stayed till everything was done.

Larry and Christine at the ATT store in Alice Tx are the absolute best that I have ever seen. They went above and beyond to solve my difficult issue!!!! Will get all new phones at this store!!!!!
