Best place to ship in town. They have gone above and beyond for me time and time again to get orders out on time or helping package equipment when I was running behind. Always friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend everyone at this store.

I've been going to the store for 4 years and the service is always been impeccable. Alyssa is incredibly helpful, super friendly and works diligently to make sure the customers are both satisfied and move through quickly. So many places I go it's either some deadpan clerk just processing people in and out like cattle or they want to spend 15 minutes chatting with each customer being overly friendly and slowing down the process significantly. This UPS store has always been exceptionally friendly, efficient and a smooth experience to get in and out of

They are patient, line moves quickly, appears to be well staffed.

I came in to print a booklet for my final in an art class and Amanda did everything in her power to make sure it came out as amazing as possible

Haven’t been to this location in quite a while. What a refreshing surprise to walk into a store and be greeted with a smile and helpful attitude. Although I only had to drop off an Amazon return, it was a pleasant experience. The person named Dom should be recognized for his good customer service.

I would like to report some amazing customer service!! Franklin at the UPS Store at 610A E Battlefield Rd in Springfield MO was just crazy fantastic!!

I needed to ship a garbage bag full of shoes for donation and he helped me with finding the perfect sized box. He also taught me how their boxes could be broken down into a smaller box as needed. I didn’t want to pay for UPS to pack it so he gave me all the tips to make my packing successful! In talking with him I mentioned that I was moving and at the end of the transaction he offered me two change of address packets for me and my significant other.

Franklin was just so great! He was super nice and very kind and went above and beyond with the address change packets... that just really took it over the edge!

I noticed that his name tag said Trainee but that was really veteran customer service.

Customer service is usually pretty good.

I ran in and Lacey said she was available to help me right away! I told her "great because I'm on my lunch break" and she very quickly and efficiently helped me get in and out of the store. Her customer service skills are impeccable, she even helped me email the prepaid label to her from my phone so she could print it for me! I was out the door just as fast as I came in, so grateful I was able to get back to work on time! Thank you Lacey you're the absolute best!

The employees here are always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I drop off pre-labeled packages here all the time, so I'm not actually spending any money at this location, but every person here is happy to help me bring in packages when I have several, or assist me in carrying in heavy packages (sometimes upwards of 75-100 lbs.). I regularly see them assisting other customers, so I watch and hear their interactions, and they continually provide excellent customer service to every patron.
This location is a shining example of how proper customer service should be provided.

I use this UPS Store quite often for Amazon and they are consistently helpful and professional. Lacey always greets people as they walk through the door with a friendly 'Hello' and is always willing to assist with anything you need. Highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff fast service and delivery

The representative I dealt with on 1-2-20 at the west Sunshine location at around noon definitely knew more about his job then myself, and I’m willing to bet more than any of the negative ppl in these reviews. He was helpful, friendly and had me outta there before my dog could even miss me.

Tim and Jaimie made my day. Due to technical issues at the 1st store I went to and a miscommunication at the 2nd, I arrived at their location tired and less than optimistic. However, despite the line Tim stayed calm, professional, and took care of my print order. Jaimie assisted the other customers with a smile, allowing Tim to help me get my booklets for my students. He made sure it was printed as I wanted and I left happy. Highly recommend this location and am impressed my the service I received.

Although I did have an awful experience with a customer today, Franklin did help in de-escalating the situation quite well. I also would like to extend my personal apology to Audrey, a sales associate, who was in the middle of this escalated situation. I sincerely hope this does not cause any unnecessary anxiety for you.
