7-Eleven

Great location for a 711! Has a gas station attached and is across the street from a public library(random fact). It's a pretty big store, snack central!!! It has all the chips, all the Crackers, popcorn, Jerky, different flavors etc...
Pretty good tobacco selection as well. Staff is friendly. There is a bathroom if you like to gamble and an atm inside. Happy travels.

This place was open in the middle of the Jan. 22-23, 2016, snow storm. They were mainly serving snow crews and police at the time, as everyone else was snowed in. Snow plowing doesn't work without gas and food for the trucks and drivers, and this 7-11 provided both when it was needed most, at the least convenient time, in some of the worst possible conditions. Good for them. I do hope the employees got some kind of extra compensation for getting out there in the middle of a blizzard. Beyond that, it's a standard, not very pretty, bad-food-serving gas station 7-11 convenience store.

Very nice 7-11. Quite large compared to other 7-11s in the DC area. Friendly staff. Lots of parking and CLEAN, unlike others in the area.
I pass 2 others to go to this one. Great job.

It is good spot to have coffee on the way, it has good parking at the front door, hospittable and smiling customer service.

Not 24 hours

Was able to grab my coffee by putting in an order thru Uber eats. I was given a virtual American express card, and since I don't have access to the tap feature on my phone, I had to place the order thru UberEATS to pickup my coffee on my way to work. Now they removed the location from Uber eats, and there is no other 7 eleven in the area available.

My experience with this store was not pleasant , the coffee area is very dirty ☹

I'm a contractor that has been using this 711 for the last 5 years for my coffee. In the last 2 years it's gotten really bad. There's never coffee ready and the machines are always broke the last time I went in they didn't have coffee cup lids and the only cups available were extra large cups. I walked out its worse every time I go in there from no coffee available to not having any gum on the shelf of any kind for the last 2 months . I'll be changing my coffee stop from now on .

They claimed its 24 hours online but they always either close at 12 am or 11pm but online it say it's a 24 hour 7 eleven false advertising definitely goin sue cause a 7eleven is suppose to be convenient for people and if it's not 24 hours that's not convenient

Today I stopped by this location seeing as though the Fort Totten location didn’t have the Cold Pressed Drinks. She rang up the items I requested a bag she responded $.10 cents when did the price of bags go up?? I responded 10 cents she chuckled she tried to penetrate my peace!’ I said to myself no today satan I’ll go home and let the world know you’re over here going up in the customers for $.10 for a bag. Had I not been reared in an era where you didn’t leave the store without a bag and receipts I’d opted to have her keep the bag. Seeing as you can’t trust people she may have tried to chase me out the store and say I stole it. Customer service Zero! Honesty Zero! Demeanor Zero! Have your own bags get the receipt.

This location provides poor customer service. The staff is lazy. No matter if I’m picking up a ride share order or shopping for gas the associates are standing around talking and act as if it bothers them to help a paying customer. Also the gas pumps never have receipt paper. Why do you provide the option to print at the pump?? Do Better!
