So happy with Sherwin-Williams Store on Gessner and Jordon in particular. His service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back when I paint my next part of the house. He tolerated all my questions and helped me pick the right paint for my bathroom. Thank you for the help Jordon!

Honestly was greeted by everyone and had the best experience at this location. The only problem was my item not being in stock I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman who helped me locate an item at a different store, Asked the other location to get their hands on the item before I drove far out. Eric saved my Saturday, this was my first time shopping at Sherwin Williams and will continue to keep shopping thanks to the amazing staff and Eric.

I went to the Guesner store earlier this week to take advantage of the 40% sale that was going on. The manager suggested for me to use my account instead because I would have a bigger discount, honored a discount on a product advertised on an email that wasn’t discounted at the store and at 6:00pm when the store was closing and I said that I needed something else but thought they were tired because it was closing time, the manager said “I am not tired at all, I am here to help the client” and took the time to complete the purchase. A very positive experience!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the manager and the awesome staff at this location. My coworkers and I wanted to say thank you for sponsoring our first annual fund run. The 300+ student participants really enjoyed the neon painted tire obstacles. Thank you so much for helping us out!

Color match was perfect. They matched our color as that we could paint the cabinet doors to match cabinet drawers. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional attendant that understood our situation and resolved it.

Jason Constanza was SUPER HELPFUL!! He showed me everything I needed being that it was my first time buying anything paint related for my new place. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise! Somebody please let him know my appreciation! Girl....this is my new favorite location!

The Gesner Store has great management and employees. They are extremely helpful and really good at color matching and paint product advice if you have a really special need. Top quality staff

Great selection and attentive staff. If you have any questions about paint these guys know there stuff. They are way more knowledgeable than the guys at Home Depot or Lowe's.

It's very good paint. We have had SW paint in a house for about 20 years and it still looks great. No fading. However, I would tell them to not even bother trying to use your website to place an order because your website is horrible for trying to place an order. Horrible! As in useless. I tried to save time for me and to make the work easier for the guys at the Gessner store in Houston but your website is useless for trying to place an order. It's a good thing your paint is great or we would not be having this conversation.

I have been into many paint supply stores, this store sells a lot of paint, and this is one of the best . They are patient, productive, and price conscious! Store manger does a fantastic job !

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also have more than adequate supplies on hand.

Hard working team. On top of there game. This store is always busy. Parking is a problem though. Perhaps consider a better location in the same nearby area. Seriously. It's a prime location, just the parking lot.

Customer Service reps know their product and offer solutions and will even pick up the phone to call other SW stores to help you out if they are out of stock.

Help was great and the paint you can tell the difference between it and one from a box store.
