To all who says the 7/11 is messy. I go here so often and it always such a good experience. They do nice and do their best to keep everything in stock and sweet people

Clean, Smiling faces, courteous, clean restrooms, good gas!!

Store has improved a lot, different employees from before & better customer service.

This 7 Eleven is by far one of the most unkept ones I’ve visited. I love 7 Eleven so wherever I am I will find one for the yummy coffee and hot food they offer. 1st off I’ve been to this one on several occasions and each time the coffee machines are not cleaned and working properly. Always down(maybe only one machine working at a time) and not restocked. They never really have creamers or syrup varieties like the others. Also I’ve noticed the times I have had to stop at this one(it’s the only one on my route) I’m being overcharged for my coffee. I always get the same small coffee. Love 7 Eleven but this one needs work! It’s on a main freeway which means it gets a lot of patrons. Should be better taken care of.

9/17/23**UPDATE** Just left this 7 Eleven and yet again the very unattractive young lady named SHELISA had her same nasty disposition and argued with me about asking her why I yet again get over charged for my small coffee AND now a cookie. I simply asked why the prices there seem to be more then ALL other 7 Elevens that I visit?? Instead of trying to give an answer she would rather argue. I stated that maybe she should take some more training if she cannot answer simple questions about her workplace or at the very least ask someone. Not hard. She prefers to argue with customers. Def not a good look for any reputable business. I do not encounter such tacky nasty behavior at ANY other of the many 7 Elevens I’ve visited. To top it all off after she argued back and forth with me in front of a gentleman customer she says”Well don’t come back.” Good for business, not likely. I’m for certain I am not the only customer she’s behaved like this with. I’m just one who writes reviews. Hope this helps assist in getting this store on track with all the other locations.

This is a disgusting store outside trash all over the parking lot, trash cans overflowing, walked in the store floor was also had trash on the floor no attempt to even sweep , bathroom you walked in and couldn’t us it because it was filthy. By pass this store or get a shot before you go in.

7-Eleven is one of my favorite stores. But this 7-Eleven from the time that they open this store they always have a problems. Example gas pumps not working.cash register not working. ATM machine out of order. not enough food to choose from. covid situations.and that's just the name of few. They need to close that location down. My wife picked that location to stop over the weekend. I told my wife if we stop there. that store going to have some type of problem so pick another one. They need new workers and new management at that location. And I'm the type that give credit where credit is due 7 eleven is awesome all over Houston. I can't even count on two hands when they come up to that location how many times I've been disappointed since they open.

If you don't have a mask then they will not provide service to you. No problem. The store around the corner called Elan will provide you service.

I was raised in California so I've been going to 7-Eleven my whole life this by far is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to the drink machine never works the crew is unknowledgeable and borderline disrespectful and as a diabetic I don't want to get what's supposed to be a zero soda and have a sugary regular soda with no answers as to how that happens

The lady with the tattoos on her face is rude , and acts like she hates her job maybe you guys should pay her more and she’d be nicer to customers.

stores says 24 hours employee was outside smoking and said it was close

They got to update their in-store hours, claims its 24 hours, drove all the way here to find out it isn't and it's closed.

They made this a pickup and delivery only and the website doesn't work properly. Don't stop here

It's not 24 hours because they lock the doors
