The UPS Store

The UPS store is my go to for small business printing. They have all the solutions my small business needs for marketing, printing, shipping, etc. Tasha their design specialist is the best. She takes time to sit with you bringing your ideas to life from designing, printing, labels, etc. She is always courteous and professional. Thank you Tasha!

10 for tashia in the print department. 5 for severe lack of staff. i waited over 40mn before she could weed out the other customers, even after having spoken with a store associate the day before my print pickup. tashia was overwhelmed and could not come to the phone so i spoke with someone else. the following morning, i checked in with her at 8:35 and, upon my arrival at our discussed pickup time of 9:30, found her at the customer service counter handling a very slow trio's notary needs and juggling a consistent flow of new customers with shipping and passport photo needs. she had one other person helping her and eventually called to the back for some relief yet it was still a very long wait. perhaps it would be better to arrange non-mailing services by appointment only in order to help the staff deal with having to wear so many hats.

I’ve been here a few times for Amazon returns and it’s always been great, fast, friendly service. Today Cade was quick to help me overnight something. Katie (I think that was her name) was also efficient when I came right back in to return my spectrum equipment which I didn’t even know was possible here, so much easier then waiting in the long line of people next door at spectrum. I used the Amazon self return kiosk, it was quick and so easy. Pleasantly surprised with a one stop shop today.

I arrived a few minutes before they opened so I could get in and out quickly on my way to work. The lady working there kindly opened the doors 3 minutes early when she saw me standing there. She was very helpful and even offered to tape the labels on my two packages for me. This was a nice gesture and I would happily do business there again.

I live in Charlotte and my friend in Southern Pines who has a hard time driving, needed stamps. I ordered them through the USPS and they were going to take the whole week to get to him. Then I thought to see if the UPS store in Southern Pines carried them. I called them and not only did they have them, they delivered them to his front door within an hour. Now if that is not stellar customer care, I don’t know what is!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. My friend also sends his thanks!! You have a customer for life!!

After our middle school Odyssey of the Mind team advanced to World Finals at Iowa State University, our biggest challenge next to fundraising was figuring out a way to transport an entire trailer of handmade pipe and cardboard props to Iowa.

Jenny, the manager of the UPS Store in Southern Pines, made it so incredibly easy.

Not only did she spend time on the phone personally walking through the options, but she and her crew spent an entire weekend building a custom crate that would allow us to ship the kids' handmade props without bending or deconstructing them.

We dropped a trailer full of extremely fragile and delicate scenery and props, and she and her crew hand wrapped, fully padded and fully packed the crate without a lick of help from us. By afternoon, she had sent me pictures of all items packed inside the crate, and, knowing how important these props are to the kids' success, she personally sent us updates throughout the shipping process.

The crate arrived at Iowa State in less than a week, and seven 7th graders breathed a massive sigh of relief that, when they arrive on campus, their props will already be waiting for them.

Jenny was kind, professional, helpful and this team's biggest cheerleader as she treated our props as if she herself were a member of the team.

We are so grateful for the extra compassion and care from the whole team at this store and strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of shipping large oddly shaped and delicate things. :)

This store has always been busy when I come in, but there has always been plenty of friendly and competent staff, so there is minimal wait time. I can honestly say it is overall the best UPS store I have ever used.

I received excellent customer service from the young gentleman who notarized a paper for me. I put the wrong date on my paper that was being notarized and called back after I realized it and they held my package until the following day so I couldn use the same tracking number. I went in the following day and had the paper notarized again and the kind gentleman that I dealt with the day before did it again and did
not charge me. He had great customer service and patience.

Always friendly, helpful and efficient. I have never had a bad experience. I use them A LOT for personal shipping/returns, for my job and when I have needed a notary. I'm very grateful to have this service in our community.

I have been going to this UPS store for several years for business and personal reasons and the entire staff offers amazing customer service. Brandie always takes care of everything with such kindness and courtesy.

Brandie was very helpful. I came in with items to be shipped to Manila and she took care of it from choosing a box , itemizing and dealing with the paperwork. Im just hoping it wont take so long for it to be received by my family there.

I am in here at least once a week to drop off packages. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly and the line moves quickly. This is by far the best location in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area to drop off UPS packages.

I think Ken? (dark hair/facial hair) helped us. Not only did he do a great job executing his regular duties but he went above and beyond by helping me notice something I had missed on my return product which I was sending out. What he noticed helped me change my partial refund to a 100% refund including the shipping. This dude rocks.
