Best place to get parts in this town. Staff here is much better than any other part store in Elkin NC. These folks are not your typical counter sales people they actually have knowledge of the parts the sale and can actually do more than push buttons on a computer. Store manager is very well versed on parts and how to get them unlike advance or auto zone. Staff supports one another with extreme professionalism. If I need parts in this town I always go here first for these reasons. This is possibly the best ran O'Reilly in area (multiple counties around).

My favorite of the 3 options I have within a close proximity of each other. These guys are professional without being dull or acting aggravated for having to work.

It's a place you get dependable parts good service. And they have a record on computer, of the part's you have bought. Helps me keep up , with what I have serviced on my vehicle's. I like that. And they it's a friendly place to do business! 👍

They were great we just had to call for the part (we were out of town ),when our vehicle broke down. We just told them what we needed, they had it ready for us to pick up when we got back in town. We had someone take us to the store . Within an hour and 1/2 we had our vehicle running and back home before 900pm. So a special thank you to you and your staff for your help. The price was a little cheaper than your competitors. That was a plus too.

Hands down my favorite of the few surrounding stores. Although it's sad that every so often I see good faces leave, the staff has always been laid back but professional which in my opinion makes for a far better environment compared to a memo styled attitude carried down from overpaid yahoos that trust funded research on "customer experience" by people who couldn't tell the difference between OBD1 & OBD2. So long as it's a place for good laughs, good parts, good service, & good people my business remains here.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Prices, for what I had to buy, are average. I used their fee engine light code service to find out what the problem was. They offered this service for free at this time.

I was greeted by employee when I walked in. I asked my question and they took me straight to the product. They answered all my questions about the fuel cleaner I was purchasing. Very helpful!!

My Infiniti broke down in the parking lot yesterday, had previously been at Advance Auto Parts in the morning to get some chemicals to help fix it, staff wasn't terrible, but also wasn't the most insightful. Korey and Chance worked the night shift at O'Reilly's and gave me tons of insightful help on my situation and I was able to get everything up and running in two hours. Whatever Korey and Chance did somehow turned my i30 into a Lamborghini or something, because it definitely wasn't that good before it broke down. Props to them, and I think they've turned me into an O'Reilly customer now instead of an AAP guy. These guys are life savers!

Their service is great and courteous. They seem knowledgeable and if the part isn't in stock they'll usually get it next day.
