It's my first time using this particular Pharmacy. On this date 7-27-21 I was trying to get a rapid test and had went to two different Walgreens and was given run around or either bad information and not good customer service. However, when I spoke with a medical technician name Fransisco over the phone he not only listen to my problem but was able to find a solution he returned my call and was able to perform my rapid test. Francisco took the initiative to know or to find out what to do and satisfied my need. I take lots of respect and honor to great employees like Fransisco who are able to help customers and perform the extra mile. Great performance Fransisco, keep up the great work.

Fyi: if you use coupons-at Walgreens they have a book of coupons also and you can use both coupons-one from the Houston Chronicle and one from Walgreens. I went for L'Oreal hair dye and saved $9 for two boxes. I used the $2 coupon in the Walgreens book and it gave me $2 off of each box so that's $4 and I used the $5 coupon off two boxes from the Houston Chronicle that equals $9.

Siempre que voy me hablan en Español y eso me gusta , porque siempre tiene personal que hablen los dos idiomas y las chicas siempre buscan la manera de atenderme con amabilidad si no saben el español le hacen la lucha por comunicarnos . Eso es excelente 🤗
