Very happy with what Lowe has. They’ve always had the things I’ve gone in to pick up. There’s been a young man by the name of Kevin that helped me day before yesterday going through the store finding the items that I needed and getting some of your Halloween decorations, even though he didn’t belong in that department. He also help me in the wood department. I appreciate all the help Kevin was able to help me with, then I know Rhonda was feeding people that day outside and she did an excellent job. We were very close to giving Lowe's a bad review. Because the first person who delivered a new refrigerator we ordered made a lame excuse he couldn't disconnect any refrigerator with copper wires. We had a plumber disconnect the old refrig and connect the new refrig. But here is the hero of our story. A young Black gentleman who was VERY courteous, and industrious, and fast named James came and picked up our old refrigerator away on a late and dark Saturday night. He was incredibly kind young gentleman and got a HUGE refrigerator through the tight doorway without hurting anything in our home. If we ever have something delivered to our home from Lowe's or taken out James is the guy we want, a hard working and courteous young man. James was the difference between a ZERO star review from our family and the 5-star review we are giving now. James, if you are out there, Thank you Bro!!!!

It's nice having a place where I can get what I need at a reasonable price. I'm grateful for this store. I live in Guthrie, we can't get reasonable prices there in any hardware items. They will be five times the price you folks are. It's certainly worth the extra Hundreds saved, driving to your store .

Nice place for home improvement or DIY purchase

We went to get a new washer and dryer. They have a great selection and amazing customer service. Lauren and Richard are very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. No delivery fee!

Met a real nice helpful employee today. Mickey was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Wish more associates were like him.

Found the unique light bulbs we were looking for!

Bought plants, and ground cover, they gave a good deal, must have been right timing.

My experience started with the people at the front door seeming so put out to help me find the product I was looking for. They“absolutely” sent me to the wrong area. Finding help was difficult considering I FINALLY found three more employees talking and ignoring customers. Needless to say I was becoming frustrated with the lackadaisical attitudes when a young woman asked me if she could help me. YES! She took me to the actual department I’d ask for in the beginning. She was kind and VERY helpful. I consider her a RAD person. Thank you Jessi!

The garden is my favorite part of the store. The employees in the garden are so helpful and knowledgeable.

I like to just go in & browse around hardware stores! We didn't have time to just 'window shop' this time, but it was a good store!
This store was clean, & organized. I require an electric scooter & a clerk recognized what I was looking for. She quickly went to find one. Once I had one, we were on our way!! Due to the clear signage, I was able to go straight to what I needed, purchase it, get it loaded, & we were back on our way! Very courteous & helpful!

This lowes is the BEST of the best. My entire experience was amazing. The friendliness of the staff and organization of the store is top tier. I didn’t know where to find the item I needed and Madi provided exceptional customer service and walked me to the right aisle to find what I needed. Highly recommend this location!

Had just walked to appliance section and found refrigerator's. Within 1-2 minutes (Dillon) walked up and asked if he could help with anything. Dillon was very informative about the refrigerators we were interested in. He also quickly knew what colors were available and what was in the warehouse. Dillon gets an A+ from us and seems all the employees we met were genuinely helpful and courteous.

I ordered a dishwasher from this store and I was very happy with both the delivery team, and Ellie G. at the customer service desk. I called and spoke to Ellie G. before the delivery team arrived because I was hoping to do more errands but didn’t want risk to missing the delivery. Ellie G. was able to tell me where the delivery team was in their list of deliveries, which was incredibly helpful for me to know.

They ALWAYS have what I am looking for.

Itself is an awesome employee, very friendly and always has a smile. She also seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful if you can't find something.

I want to recognize David. S and Glen the Tools dept Manager for excellent customer service support, fairness, honesty and good will. I purchased some item earlier morning this week and felt like I was treated with respect and generosity. I also appreciate the opportunity to speak to someone about my project interest and offered to return the act of kindness in the future. Needed a plant for a friend and they had a huge variety and some very exotic ones. They were all beautiful. It took me just a minute to check out and the cashier was delightful. Their military discount is easy to get and use. Just registered my phone number at customer service which took maybe 5 minutes and now when I am checking out I give them my number and boom discount. Awesome!

I feel like I should marry this store. I spend so much time here.
