Kroger

This store is very clean & the Staff is very professional. The Parkng area is sufficient. The Shopping baskets 🧺 are sufficient, during my visits to the Store.The camera monitoring system is adequate, exterior & interior. E J S,Sgt Major, Special Agent, TXARNG, Note: Ms Mayra & Mr Tyrone are assets to the Staff @ this Store.Ms Carmen,also, very Professional.Also ,Ms Veronica ,self checkout,always displays highest degree of Customer Service orientation.

Great Mgr Peggy (I think that is her name). Wonderful personality every time I encounter her.

Good tasting fruit & veggies most every time. 😋

Kroger is the best grocery store in Houston in my opinion. Prices are always fair and quality is always high. The employees they hire are also high quality. I enjoy every Kroger I go to and always find what I'm looking for. My husband and I started coming to this location a few weeks back and now it's my home store.

I love this Kroger location! Many of the staff are so friendly and helpful. During my most recent visit, I saw the cutest things. These little Hummingbird cut flowers are adorable! Kroger has a nice variety of fresh florals in all prices ranges. 💐🌷🌻

I went in to the deli & plant area. The lady & gentleman I mer were awesome. Both were very helpful in the deli section. I was in & out in 10minutes

I just had to do this review for Ms Caselyn and her great customer and Mr Tyrone and his great customer service. The staff is my favorite people!!!!

Is a great place to shop groceries clean, need and organize.

Marian was extraordinarily helpful and kind. The gentlemen with the glasses with her was expedient and amicable as well. It’s always like this when I come here, love this place.

I've been coming here for years and I've never had someone here give me excellent customer service. ALIAH was so polite and knowledgeable. I was in a rush the other day and usually don't get the help I need when I'm here but when I seen her and asked her for help she was quick to assist me. Not only did she take care of me she was helping another customer at the same time and the way I watched her customer service she is outstanding and needs a raise. Thank you ALIAH!!! I Will be coming back to see you again!

I went to several stores looking to purchase 3S Tonic vitamin supplement to no avail. So now I decide to pray to🙏🏾🙏 Elohim/ God which I should have done at first. I was led to ask the pharmacist Mr. West. He was so polite! He pulled out his phone or something that look like a phone, located the isle number, location on the isle where the product was. Not only was Mr. West polite he was kind. Elohim/God will have people to assist and help you with all things no matter how small or big your request is.

Clean, employees are professional, they hire teens and elderlies and the special need, they have security (human and cameras), due to pandemic, their shelves are still stocked good, prices are just as fair as other stores, I'm not sure what their minimum wage is for new hires. Metro's 137 bus stop in front of store. One thing, I hope they number thieir parking driveways. This krogers is nice.

Wednesday, September 21, 2022: I made a stop at Kroger to do some grocery shopping. There’s an employee named Carmen who assisted me at self check out. The store was immaculate and it was easy for me to find products. Thank you Carmen for your awesome customer service!

Always friendly, helpful folks working there. They have a new Security Guard who is really doing a great job-she doesn't miss a thing from my observations and takes her job seriously. Of course, I'm a very regular customer and most all the staff recognize me as " the lady who always bags her own groceries" because of the limited space in my almost antique vehicle!

I had a visit to Kroger earlier today to pick up a few items. I was pleasantly greeted by Gabriella. She was not only professional, but pleasant and engaging. I had just spoken to my family about a visit on yesterday that was totally the opposite, involving another cashier, I will not identify, because it is truly my goal to highlight those who do well and represent the establishment to the highest degree. I would say however, greeting the customer, speaking directly to them in an engaging and professional manner, regardless to your surroundings of others and your personal challenges, should be the least that is expected of all.

High Five for Gabriella at the Woodforest and Normandy location.

The General Manager is fabulous~& she does show how much her customers matter & are valued~
The Pharmacy is ALWAYS BUSY, yet have always filled prescriptions promptly & accurately Especially when a doctor writes a prescription you are allergic to THE PHARMACIST rejects it & gets one the patient can take.

Great store always has what I need and lines are never too long. Great people too. Just forgot my cell (S9+) the other day and returned the next morning and sure enough they had it waiting for me. Thank you!

I was impressed with this Krogers store. It's very clean and well-organized with few out-of-stocks. The floor plan is spacious with nice displays at the front of the store.

I will make it a point to shop here when I'm in the Normandy/Woodforest neighborhood.

The pharmacist, Mr. Gonzalez is one of the most friendliest, genuinely caring, helpful, and knowledgeable pharmacist that I've encountered in a long time. They definitely don't make 'em like him anymore. He is certainly a valuable asset to the Kroger team.

Only complaint is that some of the people that work there lack professionalism. I doubt people want to hear the checkers or baggers cuss and talk about their personal lives while working, especially when kids or older people are around. Other than that, its a good place to buy groceries

All of the Kroger's employees are so helpful to me here. I can't find the Belvita breakfast cookies. I had the entire store practically to myself and I browsed easily.
