I had my updated COVID vaccine booster at this location. The employee on duty greeted me the moment she saw me. They got my paperwork done in a timely manner. During the short period of wait time, I witnessed how professional and hospitable the employees were. Thank you for your service!

This place has been a life saver. Its now the only store open 24 hours other than gas stations in the area. Sometimes the service is a little bit slow at the photo counter, but other than that I haven't had any issues.

Friendly staff. Got a couple passport pictures taken and printed here in a flash (no pun intended). Two thumb up.

Horrible customer service, horrible at communicating with insurance and customers. After already being in withdrawl for 2 days from suboxone due to insurance issues, they sent me a message saying my prescription was ready, then just an hour later right as I was pulling in now they claim they’re out of stock and won’t be able to have it for 2 more days. Now the insurance is fine but they claim to be out of stock after already saying they had it. What a joke of a pharmacy.

Incompetent technicians. They will lie to patients about not being able to check other Walgreen stores inventory, fun fact they can.

I live in Missouri and have a 2 hour drive home. They refuse to take care of me early to get me on the road. I am stuck in their parking lot (again) waiting 30-45 min for them to get my scripts together. Their comment. We’ll get to to it as quick as we can. No. As quick as you can is now. You’re going to get to as quick as you want to. Big difference. Love my Walgreens at home. This one lacks the compassion and customer service that would get all these awful reviews out of 1’s and 2’s.

They've paired down their pharmacy hours so that they're only open on weekdays, and only when everyone else is at work, AND they're closed over lunch. They re-shelved my prescription two days earlier than promised when I was out of town and didn't have it when I made a trip to get it. They once botched an order so badly and multiple times, but when I talked to the pharmacist Jeff about it, he was like, "So?" He was completely unapologetic and a jerk. It's like they don't want customers, so I will oblige them.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They are ALWAYS closed, this is the second time I’ve arrived at 5:45p to a sign on the window with absolutely no explanation, just stating that they are closed and listing a number for the Sheridan location. Upon calling the phone number listed, I got through to someone at Ford. WHAT?! Also, they give no prior notice to the pharmacy staff at 91st and Sheridan, which leads to extremely long lines and wait times (no fault of the Sheridan location). I now have to wait until 7:30p to pick up a medication that allows me to eat without pain. Just save your time and frustration, and fill your prescriptions at another location.

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in the state of OKLAHOMA. The staff is rude when they answer the phone. I actually have to check and make sure I called walgreens vs some random spam number that's called me before. Because they can barely answer the phone with hello walgreens. Usually it's.. this is Walgreens & dead silence. It is an absolute fight to get my prescriptions on time. They tell me atleast three times Monthly they don't have any prescription ready *When with my own two eyes I watched my doctor write the prescription out.* Then I keep repeating my name & my doctors name who sent the prescription in and surprisingly 10 mins later wow THEY DO HAVE IT.. Crazy!! The automated service calls me either 20 times before my prescription is ready. Which makes me call and ask about it then in turn.. they get completely rude and practically scold me because I asked.. when they're company is calling me telling me I have things ready. But when my medications are supposed to be ready.. they're radio silent. Then I have to call and ask them. Then they don't have any prescriptions ready for about 10 mins. Then they find it. DONE. This location is worthless it's not just one person in the pharmacy department. It's the whole entire area that needs to be replaced. You're most definitely losing my business not just from that location but completely from walgreens. Every month for a year with them has been an absolute nightmare just to get my medication on time. I've never had issues at any other walgreens location except for this one. I know for sure I'm not the only one. As my doctors have made comments about this location and their other patients having issues as well. That's embarrassing when you can bring up the location and people are like oh yeah.. the worst are you sure you want to send your prescription there?
