Joe did a great job designing and printing products for me. He went above and beyond my expectations. He created a cardboard cutout for my son’s birthday. It was the talk of our party! Everyone loved it and it’s a keepsake I’ll cherish forever. He also created custom water bottle labels. Joe was friendly, easy to work with, and very talented. I would definitely recommend doing your print and design services with him.

This store has an efficient, competent and friendly staff. It has noticeably improved over the past several years. I never dread going to the UPS store anymore. They make shipping, Amazon returns etc. so easy. I was there today @ 1:30, 10 days before Christmas, and there was a line - I was in and out in less than 10 min. I can see how hard they all work and I appreciate all they do. Great staff!

Andrew the new Owner is making some changes and you can tell he really cares about every single customer there. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their day to help save time. I don’t know what I would do without them being so attentative. Thank you for all you do for our community and can’t wait to see what Andrew has up his sleeve. Excellent Customer Service! Jay was extremely knowledgeable and informative while helping me complete a return. He was friendly with everyone, and it seemed like everyone knew his name, customers as well as drivers! He was so pleasant, it’s hard to believe they were just at a standstill due to the computers. This was my first visit, but won’t be last! Thank you Jay, you were GREAT!

Allison went above and beyond to help me update the address on a dropped off package so that I could switch it to my PO box. She was so helpful and provided excellent customer service!

Great customer service and a wonderful personality

Always a great experience! I ran into the UPS store this morning to drop off a package and there was one cashier running the store all by herself. There were a few people in front of me with several different issues and she handled each with a positive and upbeat attitude. She went above and beyond for each customer and didn’t seem rushed or bothered by all of the various needs going on around her. I believe her name was Lorie—and she was wonderful!

Folks, if you care about your shipping experience and want wonderful customer service and reliability you can count on, this is your spot. I do a lot of shipping and this is my “go to” location. Even not being the closest to me, I wont do my shipping anywhere else. Every time I have been in here the customer service has been the best I’ve experienced at a shipping location hands down. The people are so friendly, eager to help, take a tremendous amount of pride in their work, and truly want their customers to be happy. Even throughout the stresses and commotion revolved around the holiday season this wonderful UPS Store managed to help me get my gifts to loved ones perfectly on time. The Sales team as well as the owner were all tremendously helpful with the process. One of the employees even helped me pick out a holiday card for my mother! Will definitely be returning for all my shipping needs.

Wonderful place. Erika served as a notary for us signing our house close when we were out of town and the documents needed signing sooner than expected. She was incredibly helpful and capable and made a big difference for us in the home sale and our vacation!

I had the absolute BEST experience working with the graphic designer Dio on all of my business cards and business poster! He was so quick and helpful with everything! He got everything done for me on my small 2 day window frame that I had. I will 100% be using him again and coming back!
