The UPS Store

I have used this place for years now for all my amazon returns and mail. They are exceptional. I usually come in discombobulated and ill prepared, they always help square me away from shredding documents ($1 a lb) to free amazon returns to helping pick a mailing package and some tape and helping me find the cheapest or most efficient means to transport my package. The gentleman always wears a smile and goes the extra mile and the older ladies and one younger lady are always on the phone or scanning working circles around the store to get people in and out and packages on trucks and delivered. This place is peak efficiency and personable which isn't always the norm in a digital world

I had to send a mid-sized package to my daughter today. The gentleman who helped me let me know not to wrap packages with brown paper because it sometimes gets stuck in their system and he offered to repackage it for free. When I got home and checked my receipt I realized I had given him my daughter’s old address (she just moved two weeks ago). I called him back and he remembered me and took down the new address and gave me a new routing number. My husband had a similar good experience with them last week. My daughter said that people in Tulsa are kind that way to recall a customer and trust them.

I am in this store several times a month. I frequently shop online and they are a drop off location for my returned purchases. I prefer to spend locally, but what I want can't always be found in town. This is a busy location and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes in line, but that is to be expected. Overall, the staff is helpful and it's a great location.

I have been in this location no less than 50 times. I’ve done an insane amount of amazon returns, I’ve gotten maybe 15 things notarized, shipped things, drop off packages, and I’ve had zero issues. I don’t know why this place is frequented by such soft and whiny people, but I have not had one single issue going to this place and it’s super convenient for me. There are multiple notaries there, they’re available any time, and I have never had to wait more than ten minutes for anything in the store. Don’t listen to these reviews from the too-easily offended crowd.

We use this location for business shipments on a weekly basis and always have a great experience. Very fast and good hours!

Ample parking in rear store and Customerservice, representative was very helpful with making it easy for me to ship my packages

We live close to this UPS store and use it regularly. Everyone is always helpful and patient which I greatly appreciate as I usually have my 4 year old in tow. I have on more than one occasion sent them wandering through their back stock for an odd size box and they always deliver. This location is often busy but they are quick to get you in and out as fast as they can. Again, I really appreciate this convenient location and the kind employees!

Always very kind and helpful with my returns. Was able to get paperwork notarized very easily. I live closer to another ups store, but come out of my way to come to this one because of their customer service.

I am in Connecticut and needed something shipped from Tulsa OK. Seller simply dropped off the items with Linda at this UPS store while I was on the phone with her. She took my info and that was it. She and her staff packed and shipped my items and they arrived in great shpae and on time. Good work !

First time using this location & will be back for all that I need in the future. First time returning a large package, staff made me feel comfortable and helped me so much! Nathan truly went above and beyond and made the experience a great one!!

This location is the best. The employees have always been extremely helpful to my husband and I. There is a young man in particular that truly sets the standard for good customer service - literally every time we leave there, we say how awesome it would be if more customer service employees were like this fellow.
I was just in there today with unusually shaped items that I haphazardly attempted to package in a ridiculously big box - that young man advised me of a better box option that could be delivered days earlier, for a better price - and then he took care of re-packaging everything for me. Seriously, awesome.
I would advise the single-star reviewers to give this place another chance!

Read the bad reviews and was almost scared away… but the location was great so I went anyway. Glad I did. Kat was prompt, professional and friendly. She notorized my document, prepped my package, mailed it and provided a receipt in no time. Very happy with the shop.

11/01/2019 Five Stars. Went in this week to rent a P.O. Box having called the day before. Was served directly by the owner. She is very friendly, professional, and helpful, as was the girl on the phone, Kat, the day before. I left fully understanding the services and feeling well served and valued as a customer. We have had a mailbox at this store for over 9 years and have honestly had a great experience for the entire time. All the employees and owner have always been extremely helpful and friendly to myself and all our employees who have gone to get mail. We lived very near this location when we first opened a mail box at this store but kept it even after we moved ourselves and business to South Tulsa.

I’ve always had great service at this store. I highly recommend it. They are all fast and efficient. Linda is hands on and has been there ever since I’ve been using their services and she’s always been extremely nice and very helpful. Plus all the employees I’ve really have been very polite and professional too.

I have a mailbox at this location, and have had good and consistent service. When I was unable to work for an extended period because of an illness, they even worked with me on my mail box rent so I could continue to receive my mail. I highly recommend them!

The guy who helped me was helpful, patient & polite. Overall, it summed up to a better experience than going to FedEx down the way.

I love the people here! It's such a family friendly atmosphere. Everyone there is really nice and they seem like they really care about what I needed. They are amazing!!!
