The UPS Store

Le (the owner of this shop) has the best customer service of anyone I’ve ever worked with. He works very hard for his customers and values customer satisfaction above all else. I brought a large order in for Le to ship through his store, and he personally sent me shipping updates after his store had closed. He will not quit until you has delivered for you.

The owners are extremely nice and accommodating! They engraved a wooden urn for me after the loss of our 11 year old English bulldog. They put so much thought into the placement, font, and shape of the engraving. My son was in tears when I gave it to him. I highly recommend using their services.

Lia and Le are both extremely helpful and so kind as well. They both seem to really love their jobs. When I use this store, I know because of them both I am going to have my shipping needs met! I am very happy with their help and I have made this UPS STORE #7563 my go-to spot! Merry Christmas!! ❤

Best shipping services so far, I've done lots of shipment with ups, usps and fedex, so far this is the best ups store I've visited. The people works here are super nice and professional. Most importantly, they are very time efficient, I didn't have to wait in line for a long time, I was greeted as soon as I enter the store. I feel welcomed and my package arrived super fast. Absolutely my to go place for shipping!!! I will explore their other services as well. The store is just super organized, beyond my expectations compare with other shipping companies.

By far one of the best UPS stores I have ever visited! All of the staff were friendly and very professional. They ensured all of my needs were met and took care of me as soon as I came into the store. This UPS store is further from my house, but the extra drive is definitely worth it based on the customer service alone!

The manager is wonderful. Great store and very welcoming energy. The service is very quick and easy! The only UPS store I’ll go to around here honestly.

Best place to print postcards 5”x7” and business cards. I order over 30,000 post cards and business cards. Their team completed before the due day even though they told me they have another 24,000 post cards order. Amazing time line. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be back.

I’m in this UPS store at least 5 times per month. The service is fabulous. They are pleasant, helpful and always smiling. I’m so happy to have this store close to home and that these folks are so professional and nice!

I love coming to the UPS store location. Lee gives A+ customer service. He greets customers by their names and welcomes a friendly shipping experience. I enjoy u see using this location because the entire staff offers smiling faces and superb services.

This store has the most positive work crew I have seen from retail works in years. From the moment they open you are greeted with people that are truly here to help you with your packing and shipping needs. The drive through makes returns very easy and you almost never have to get out of your car. Mary, Kaitlin, and Lia, and Kyle are always awesome to work with and I bypass my local store to go to this one. Thanks for being such good people and excellent workers.

Le and everyone else in the store are great. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. The wait times are reasonable if they get busy and they always acknowledge you. Best UPS store I've ever been to.

I was shipping a package for Christmas and there was a problem after I left. Le reached out to me immediately to let me know that they were going to fix the problem with my permission so I didn't have to go back to the store. I've been kept up-to-date on how the issue was taken care of and where my shipment is. I'll definitely keep using this UPS location because of the excellent customer service.

I am a retired soldier who's still living overseas. I ship items (or have items shipped to me) quite often. This was by far my most pleasant experience! I was warmly greeted the moment I walked in, and they addressed all of my questions in a professional and polite manner. I came in with about 7 - 8 bags of items and needed them boxed. Le was extremely helpful. He showed me a couple of ways to reduce weight and reduce the number of boxes I needed. He worked very fast, but we also managed to have a pleasant conversation. This will definitely be my "go to" place when I'm in the area.

Excellent service & convenient location, next to Publix. The husband & wife owners are very nice & sweet. They go out of their ways to help you with packaging & shipment. Prices are reasonable, so why use the post office & wait in long lines?

Printed invitations here for a birthday party. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive to each customer that walks in the door. In and out in approx 20 minutes with invites in hand. High quality printing and exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend.
