I have been with this company for 2 years with 5 lines, my wife bought an iPhone 15 at the Criket store and it came out defective and it has only been 20 days and they no longer give refunds but if they want me to continue paying for the cell phone my name is Pedro Sanchez and so I do not recommend this company Because they give me a damaged phone and there is not even a one-month warranty, only 7 days. I am going to switch to Verizon. They say they give me these cell phones. They have to have better quality or a more efficient warranty and more respectful employees.

Not open when clearly it says they should be open...Rude ,lied when I asked for corporate office number,said there is no number to call and complain about rude customer service... definitely needs to be retrained or not left alone to deal with customers...20 minutes late opening
