Kroger

Clean store with great sales and prices overall. The deli is awesome and so are the employees in that department. Good variety of inventory. One of the best things about this kroger is the floral dept. They have beautiful arrangements for very good prices. They have been better than many of the more expensive arrangements ive gotten from other floral shops. Check them out next time you're looking to purchase some. You won't be disappointed. This is the only pharmacy I will use. They are typically very quick and the people are nice. As far as the grocery side, this Kroger has very good selection of green's and an amazing selection of gourmet cheese. Big wine selection and friendly seafood counter. Always a pleasant experience while shopping here. There is also a Starbucks inside if you wish to get a good strong coffee beverage to help you shop! Pay this Kroger a visit and you will not be disappointed!!!

Warren and Joseph in the deli department went above and beyond today helping customers get their orders quickly and efficiently.
After being forced to close for 2 days there were a lot of customers needing orders filled. They took care of everyone extremely quickly and with pleasantness. Thanks guys and girls for not complaining about the amount of work you had to rush through.

Quick in and out!! I grabbed meyer lemons, some fresh country white roses for under $3, and some beer. The place is one of my favorites for everything from Starbucks inside to the florist and the produce is always great!! Meat dept is clean, too!! Saved on my fuel .50 a gallon w the loyalty program. All around my favorite Kroger.

This 5-star review is for the manager, Larry! I placed a pick up order today and when I got home, they forgot ALL of my cold items. I called customer service which was a long and tedious conversation. I was told that I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund or go back to the store to get the items. I live near Hephzibah and the store is in Columbia county. I wasn't driving back. I called the store and spoke with Larry and he IMMEDIATELY offered to bring me my items, without hesitation. I haven't had this type of customer service in a long time. Thank you again Larry 😊

Was there today and a Kroger associate named Hannah at self check was great!! She was friendly , professional wonderful personality!! I informed her senior associate Nicole how nice she was and please note this. I enjoy the store.

I went to this Kroger on Monday and the cashier Alzenia was so friendly she just made my day with the beautiful smile that she gives as she greets her customers, she makes sure that she goes out of her way to try to make people feel as they should be treated...need more people like her in this world. She should get a raise and be promoted.

I just like shopping at Kroger's. The stores are always clean. The employees are usually real nice. And the prices beat most other stores. The only thing I wish was that the Krogers in Evans had sushi like the one on Columbia Rd. Otherwise Kroger's is my store.

Nice and dependable. Easy access pharmacy drive thru. Nice helpful employees. Kept clean and we'll stocked. Aisles are usually front and faced properly. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is a little difficult during peak hours. As spaces are slim. Gas station in front.
UPDATE:
Review on their new clicklist grocery pickup. This is a total life game changer. First everyone involved in this is super nice. From the person that answers the phone to the one that brings the groceries to your car. For a mama with several kids this option helps more than they can even imagine. No more worrying about finding a sitter when kids are sick and you need supplies. No more of kids begging for every single item they see on every aisle. This makes grocery shopping a breeze!! Normally in a service like this I would think tipping is appropriate. But both times I have done this the employee refused my top only asking that I continue to shop with them. This was suck a sweet gesture and a surprise. Columbia Rd Kroger has been my store for 30 years and nothing will be changing. Also note on the Kroger App for this service, it's very easy to use. And I find that I can shop for items as I run out of them and put them in my cart. Also they have digital coupons you can load to your card and they will automatically take it off. Note this will not reflect on the app but it will reflect on your receipt as long as you have loaded it to your card.

Had to ask twice for ground mild Italian sausage, finally a young man checked and told me that they were out. I had just left the dentist and the numbness was wearing off. By the time I got to the register, I was in tears. The young lady got me assistance from what looked to be a young man in highschool. He was so sweet. The young lady offered me a chair. The young man encouraged me to get in the car. He had to rearrange some flowers that was in the back of my car in order to load my groceries. He told me that he hoped that I felt better. I wish that I had got their names. But I appreciated all their help and caring words.

Store is always nice and clean the staff is helpful and friendly. Went to the deli and the women working was helpful and quick. Items on sale were stocked and easy to find. Checkout didn't take long and the bagger was helpfulm

We have multiple krogers in the area this is the only one I will ever go to! I had the nicest cashier I've ever had in my life yestersay I believe her name was Vickie (I really hope im remembering right) she made my check out so stress free with having to do multiple checkouts an separate transactions. I had my 10 month with me she wasnt very happy at the time so super fussy any parent knows that adds more stress. I was holding the line up for what felt like so long, and she just made me feel like everything was okay. Kept telling me its fine weve all been there, etc I NEEDED THAT! All their staff is the nicest, but she is the icing on the cake! You can get the same groceries just about anywhere but not the same service!!

They always have exactly what I need and I love that there is a large number of items in the produce section that is grown local. I love the fuel rewards system as well, 3 cents off every gallon just for being a rewards member is pretty legit.

I drive out of my way to go to this Kroger when I'm in Augusta. I like the people that work there. I like the layout. It's a comfortable grocery store. Plus their bakery/deli is the best Kroger bakery.
