The UPS Store

This is the best UPS in the area. This staff goes above and beyond to meet a customers needs to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I am greeted with smiles and a warm welcome every time. I cannot say enough good things. A special thank you to David, Phil, Danielle, and Michael. Y’all are rockstars and consistently make my day better.

Despite the number of people in the store, Ashley made my experience an incredibly seamless, pleasant, and productive visit with clear instructions to meet my needs.

And from what I witnessed everyone else working in the store displayed similar levels of patience, kindness, and general good spirits when communicating with customers.

Loved to see they have a self-service station, too. Though I didn’t with this visit, I will definitely return the next time I have a pre labeled package as you can be in and out in minutes!

I live downtown in Charleston and have easy access to another UPS store, except I choose to use your store due to the efficiency and customer services I receive. Today David provided me with outstanding professional service with patience and expediency! He even went beyond the “call of duty “ to come with me to my car to carry my package into your store, as I am having back issues. I certainly see why he is the manager!

David and his team run a very tight ship at this location. At at time when many stores are in disarray and customer service is a low priority, this store is a breath of fresh air. Line moved smoothly, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would drive across town to use this store over others. Well done.

My Zappos return was not well organized by Zappos requiring differet boxes then original shipping boxes and a QR code that was not working. Denton served me and he was helpful, patient , efficient and cheerful. He was excellent!

This is a great location to ship your packages! David was friendly and very knowledgeable! Keep him and give him a raise today!

Updating my review from a year ago. So, I've been doing business with this store for over a year now, including having a business mailbox here. The people at this store are fantastic and really bring their "A" game anytime I'm in the store. Sometimes I'm in there for more than a few minutes and I watch them assist customers, non-stop. Whether you're just shipping a "one off" item or you're looking for a place to set up a personal or business mailbox for yourself for someone to receive packages for you, I very highly recommend this store. Stopped in this morning to inquire about setting up a mailbox. Was taken care of by Philip. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & great customer service. I'm glad I stopped in and will be doing business with this store often.

I live approximately 20 minutes away from this UPS store, but I gladly go here because 1. Excellent customer service every single time I visit., 2 cooperative, and very helpful customer service agents. 3. My packages always arrive on time and intact without exception. I recommend this store highly, it is the epitome of an excellent UPS STORE. Thank you so very much!

David was so helpful, as well as the other two, with my Amazon returns and scanning and copying some house plans for me!

I had a small but complicated order. The store was well staffed and professional. I was greeted warmly and the appropriate staff was assigned to help me finish my order (notary, stamps, next day delivery, needed a pair of scissors to crop a smudge prior to copying too. David? Was very helpful with all the my small details and was pleasant/ encouraging.

I was very impressed with this location. I’d grown frustrated as I needed to return an item via ups, but had a very difficult time finding a simple (to me) drop-off. After driving around Charleston for almost an hour, I drove the this UPS Store hoping just maybe that had a drop-off box. Being in a wheelchair, I knew this location was difficult to get into without a partner, but I found that simply making a call to the store quickly brought an associate to my car to pick up my package. Amazing experience!

Just went in and Phillip was my most pleasant gentleman with fantastic customer service. He was so helpful in assisting me with my returns and mailing out some items.
We don’t have customer service like this anymore! So he deserves to be noticed He was such a pleasure to speak to.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to David Clayton this morning who was handling a huge line and different people at the same time with efficiency, great customer service, and a wonderful attitude.

Every time I come here to do business I’m in and out faster Then I expect each time. I never have an issue and if I do they are very quick to help. Always like coming here keep doing what you’re doing!

I use them frequently! I would highly recommend them for magnets, banners, and hats!

I had wonderful experience yesterday at this location! My wife and I stopped by for passport photos for our infant child and they were AMAZING! The staff were pleasant, patient and attentive. I also needed customized photos and they went above and beyond by making that happen.

This store is under new management, and their hard work is certainly paying off.
