5 🤩 stars❗ I'd like to preface my comment by saying I never rate 5 ⭐. On this particular evening I went to Decherd TN Kroger at 9:00pm. I tried to hurry as I didn't need too much. By the time I reached the front to check out, Self-Check was the only option.

😯😔 As I headed for self checkout, the wonderful Tyler asked if I wanted to use Self Checkout. Idk if he remembered that I NEVER use Self Checkout or what.

I replied that I didn't want to.

Then the wonderful Amy (who was transferring to the Lewisburg store) chimed in and said that she would ring me up 😁.

Having worked in retail I know at a certain time drawers are counted and usually closed.

Amy called me over to the register and Tyler emptied my cart onto the belt. 😁😁😁. I was so relieved.

Also felt special as they both went above and beyond to serve me. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. I can't say enough about these two. They are a real asset. They know their customers and aim to please.

Thank you again Tyler and Amy, I appreciate you. 🤩💯

Less crowded than before competition got to town. Multiple bare shelves. Great store and a name trust. Prices are still consistently cheaper than the newer place as they were before. I shop here weekly.

I don't know what I wanted for dinner. Im not from here im from TEXAS.I don'treallyl shop at Wal-Mart like Kroger. We have a Kroger in texas. The stores have a lot of sales. if u r a customer member that can turn in point & save u money. The prices are reasonable, not like walmart. Great customer service well stop & help. F u r reading this yr loved 😍 have a wonderful rest of your day 🙂

Great groceries. Clean establishment.
The ribs they cook on the grill for holiday and superbowl weekends are outstanding.

As an example of the great variety of products here, we were able to find a non-dairy cream “cheese” spread for bagels - which saved our breakfast as part of our plant-free vegan diet.

One stop shopping for me.

My first trip to Kroger since a remodel. Love the organic products. Great buys this week on meat. We haven't been buying beef at other stores because of high prices - this week we came home with steaks! Store is clean, people friendly and helpful. Happy to see a mentally challenged employees.

I had a question and found an employee named TJ. He had no idea a promotion was going on, but he grabbed a scanner to check inventory and told me he would get extra items ordered. It was refreshing he was so honest. No items in stock for the sale but the customer service was great.

Good store, people are very nice. Been shopping here for over 20 years. Many things have improved, like organics and vegan options. I wish they'd load their coupons onto their shopping cards like CVS does.

Always a no worries place to shop, well stocked & friendly helpful staff... Great vegetable dept, as is their meat, dairy, frozen foods & canned foods... Great wine, soft drinks, dairy & pet food selections... A one stop great place to shop....

This is a super place to shop! The employees are nice and always helpful, the store is always clean and the prices are good. I especially love the produce section. They have a great variety and a wonderful organic section. Definitely my go to for produce!

I want to give the meat Dept Manager a rave review! His first name is Van, he is always going above and beyond for the Kroger customers and today was no exception. He was doing all he could for every one, working as if he had 2 heads and 4 arms! It was snowing and the store was in a frenzy, people were asking him about items in dairy as well and he was nice and running to do it all.
The store here is smaller and crowded but the people under that roof do their best.
In addition a Cashier named John who is about to retire is just every bit as excellent as Van is.

Good people and the cashiers are friendly and don't get enough praise for the job that they do. The night stockers are there from midnight until eight thirty in the morning and they are the ones who never get bit of acknowledgement for the hard work that they do. Three or four people at night stock twelve isles every night! God bless the night crew at store 503 in Winchester TN.

Produce here has always been fresh in my experience, as well as there meat with awesome fish options, again always fresh! Good supply of healthy organic foods as well as Vegan options and plentiful frozen desires. I always get my toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Which helps avoid the uncomfortable trip to servailencemart.. I mean chinamart... sorry Walmart I get confused. This Kroger staff has always proven to be friendly and helpful and often times a means of pleasant social interactions. Diverse and considerate. I am currently healing from a serious injury that required surgery on my hip and this store is more than accommodating for my current disability. Always multiple electric carts Fully charged. When you need one, they are there, unlike other establishments. Also abundant parking close to entrance both handicap and non. Can get crowded on weekends at peak times. Absolutely would reccomend to anybody!

This is a must stop grocery store. While you are here try having the butcher cut up your meat selection. Purchase pork loin on sale and butcher them to chops with no added cost. Major bonus double coupons

Great fresh produce!! Meat dept is decent, store is a bit small, limited choices, better than average "Gluten Free" selections.

Nice and clean. It has a reward program with gas which us very nice. I am new to area so this is the first kroger i have seen in 30 yrs.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Store is always clean and well stocked. Produce is always fresh and nice looking.
