I talked to Suzanne about a boat Friday and went in Monday for a test drive. She set everything up for me. She was absolutely amazing with the whole experience. If I ever need anything else Powersports needs I will definitely travel the 3 and a half hours back to Tims Ford Powersports and go through Suzanne! Phenomenal staff!! Went in to get some coolant for my Sea Doo and was immediately helped and made sure i was taken care of! All of the staff was extremely helpful and treated me like family. I bought 2 Sea Doo life jackets and they gave me a new t-shirt and some pizza!! Shout out to all of the staff who helped me without a hitch. Will definitely continue doing business here!!! Outstanding customer service From Marty and Michelle, they sold my boat for me very quickly and I purchased a can-am and could not be happier. I drove almost 2 hrs and Michelle had everything ready to go when I got there, I was in and out very quickly. They did not pressure me in to buying anything extra like most places do. I’ve been shopping for a new jet ski for a bit and everyone in Alabama seems to have outrageous fees and use old school used car salesman tactics. Which I’m in car sales so I could see through the deception. But let me tell you, Tim’s Ford Powersports was freakin amazing. They were very transparent with the numbers upfront. Financing was easy! I scheduled an appointment to come in today and they had everything ready and the ski outside for me. I was on the water by 1pm today and drove from Decatur, AL. Whole staff was awesome.
