Batteries Plus

Had 2009 Honda towed to Battery plus thinking all I needed was a new battery. Once battery was replaced car still would not start.The man at battery plus was very nice and polite telling me that it may be the alternator .The Friday before Christmas. These wonderful people allowed my car to stay until parked until 12/27/23 I will tell everyone I know how great Battery plus is.

Had a tremendously positive experience at this location. Camera on my phone went bad, brought it in for repair. Repair was quick and thorough. Had some issues several days later with my screen. Long story short, Bryan and Daniel took care of me straight away. New prisitine screen installed on my phone. The level of professionalism here is amazing. You've got yourselves a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommend.

Super impressed with the outstanding service I received this week at the W Ashley location!!
I came in with some mystery phone screen damage…I stopped by for some advice and was really happy with the employee that helped me-he gave a suggestion of something I could try at home before moving forward with further (potentially unnecessary) diagnostics. After the problem persisted, I came back today & worked with the manager, Brian, who was absolutely fantastic! He was super thorough and was able to run some diagnostics and replace my screen-and also helped me pick out the best options for future screen protection. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, personable & professional from start to end. This is the kind of service that is so unfortunately few and far between these days-and was so appreciated.

We were greeted immediately even though the associate was very busy. He had great multi tasking skills. Very impressed. We picked up our order of golf cart batteries, turned in the old ones and was in and out in less than 30 minutes although there were multiple customers in the store at the same time.

I came to the store with a Samsung Note 9 that crashed. Brian was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I didn't share with him that the phone meant not only losing 100's of contacts but also the loss of recent pictures of my mother I took about a month and a half before her unexpected death.

The phone did power back on but then crashed after several apps stopped opening. He was patient when I brought the phone back, and took the time to explain the process and possible causes. Though I wasn't able to get the phone turned back on to recover memories and contacts, I am very much appreciative of the extra effort, time and customer service Brian provided.

The guy that helped me was very nice he didn't force me to buy anything. I came in with a battery in my car remote thinking it wasn't the right one so he tested it out and said it was good.He said I just needed to reset my car remote I was so happy...we need more people like this honest ,helpful and great customer service!

My garage opener's batteries started dying, so I ordered 2 sets of replacememts off Amazon. All 4 branded as Duracell were Chinese counterfeits. Go to b+b and get 4 new ones for less than Amazon and they actually work. As Confucius say, you lazy buy Chinese battery, you deserve to get rip off. No more! Support your local businesses even if not as convenient.

Could not have had a better experience. Was able to have my iPhone screen and batter replaced, get a new battery for my garage door opener and a new tail light for my car. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick - it only took an hour for my phone repairs. Great work and kudos to them!

I needed a bulb for my antique floor length. They had it. I needed a specific uncommon battery for my watch. They had it. They were out of stock on an item. When the item came in, they texted me for pickup. A bulb I purchased there was blown upon purchase. They replaced it for free. Love this place. Awesome customer service and good prices.

UPDATE...After using my iphone for about a week, it started "ghost dialing". Ended up going to Apple Store. They said second party installed screens sometimes do not work with an iphone...so Apple worked with me to replace the phone rather than charge me for installing another screen.

Helped me get a refund as they did not have stock. Ordered two but only one available. No problem. Also mentioned he could test my other two year old lithium camera batteries to see how bad they are, so will do later. Great place with superior customer service. Order battery online first to save time.

who would have thought that I could purchase a car battery and a very nice associate by the name of Jon would be able to remove old and install new within minutes. Great to know that on a Sunday and in an emergency that my car battery was dead to get fast service

I took my daughter's laptop in to have the battery checked/replaced. The technician was very helpful and courteous. He thoroughly investigated the problem, found it and fixed it in a matter of about 20 minutes. Only place I could find with a car battery with a full 4 year warranty. Auto parts stores had 3 year max. Service was excellent. Matt installed my battery in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I would recommend highly.

Very friendly staff, especially the girl who installed my battery in my truck. I was going to change it myself but she insisted and im glad she did so. The price was competitive given my urgent need for a battery. Overall great experience.
