I like this store. But can someone PLEASE answer the phone??? It's an emergency. I've been trying to call all evening and the line is off of the hook.

Phone is busy everyday all day like they leave it off the hook

My Fiancè and I visited this station in August. A day before my birthday actually, and he decided he wanted to put some gas in my car for me. He had $20 in cash, and he was gonna put it in. The pump we stopped at, did not have a visible number. We didn’t know which pump we were at, so he went inside to ask the cashier which one we were, and if she’d put the $20 on for us. She tells him we’re on 5, and proceeds to put his $20 on it. He gets back to our car, and the pump isn’t activated. The car on the other side of the same pump finishes pumping their gas, and then drives off quickly. Out of curiosity, my fiancè goes over to see what they put in, and sure enough it was $20. The cashier put his $20 on the pump we were connected to. They were pump 5, but we still didn’t know which one we were. A little frustrated, he walks inside and asks for the $20 he put in, to be put on our pump, since the cashier put it on the wrong one. This time, he’s not dealing with the cashier. Instead, he’s dealing with the “manager” Susan. I go inside to offer any help I can, and instead this woman meets us with nothing but attitude. Said verbatim “I’ve never had a problem pumping gas. Sure as hell never put it in someone elses car. You really couldn’t read the pump number? Its really not that hard”. Makes us out to be idiots, and the commotion causes another customer to get involved, and she backed us up!! She didn’t know what pump she was at either!

Haven’t given this Circle K my business since, and I don’t plan to. That was completely and totally unprofessional, and we got robbed $20 on my birthday. Thanks so much for that.

This store is terrible. The manager and staff is rude and you have to ring up and bag your own order. The store is always a mess, prices posted are not accurate, and bathrooms are locked and not for customer use. Homeless folks are there to beg you while going in and coming out. Avoid this terrible store.

Came in to redeem lottery scratch off tickets given to me by my wife. Cashier told me that I only won $27. I didn't know that prior to getting the tickets from my wife she checked the winning amount & the winnings should've been $62. Went back to store and they said that it's nothing that they can do about it. Cashier stole $35 from me. I would not go back to this location or trust any store cashier to tell you if you won money. If they can do this for $35 imagine how many people win large sums of money and are told that they didn't win. I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

There's a sign on the door that states they're "closed for restocking, will reopen soon" with no indication of what time they'd be reopening. Also the pumps aren't taking debit/credit purchases. When I worked a shift here for shiftsmart the store was disgusting inside, and the employees just as disgusting. Rude and distasteful.

This stores bathrooms are disgusting and when employees were told they responded with what do you want me to do about it. Very much lack of care with anything in this disgusting dirty store.

So I came here to this location got gas and cigarettes they put my gas on the wrong pump so I went back in and asked could they changed I was told trees but is gonna be a while so I went back out in hopes that I just pull close enough to get the gas being a non gas pumping person was at the pump having conversation with the workers I couldn’t get the pump house to reach so I moved to a whole different pump went in to ask to change it they told me the transaction canceled I had to repay for gas it was my last money and I was on E they as it will come right back here it is 5 days later I still have not got my money back transaction still pending and to top it off I ran out of gas trying to get home i will never go here again
