2022-02: I've come to this location many times in the past. My most recent visit was a quick in and out. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and quick. The store was maintained well.

One star is TOO GOOD FOR THIS STORE!!! I stopped by circle k around 8 tonight to get a bag of ice.. there were 2 female employees in the store one back in front of the coolers in plain clothes and one you g lady behind the counter with a vest on. I asked for a bag of ice they one behind the counter paused and said we closed. I stood there wondering why the hell Circle K would close at 8 pm the you g lady looked at me and said we are closed. Both doors unlocked- ice cooler unlocked BUT you are closed!!! That was my comment and the female in front of the cooler followed me outside and was trying to start an argument with me over a $3 bag of ice! These are some of the RUDEST PEOPLE in the customer service industry!!!! Customer service being KEY WORDS! Circle K prides themselves on good customer service yet this store can treat customers “however” they want and close whenever they feel like it!

Something should be done with this location. Like completely clean house all new faces with GOOD attitudes that act like they want to be there. I have never been more disrespected in my life. These employees are a disgrace to the circle k name. Just like the other reviews here i have been here at times when the doors are locked with no sign or one that says back in 5 and have also had to wait while the clerk finished on their cell phone. I doubt calling corporate will do anything and this review probably wont make the change either. Someone should probably visit from corporate without them knowing just so they can see how they are being represented. These clerks ought to be ashamed of how the present themselves.

Employees are not very friendly and manager is very rude. She even parks her car half way in front of the exit doors quiet frequently. Have been stopping there for coffee everyday on way to work but lately you never know if they will be open or not. I stop there a little before 6 am everyday sometimes door is locked.

I have actually never had an issue with any employee, and most of them are pretty friendly. The current store manager however, has a major attitude problem. Rude, every single time I have seen her, and behaves as if she hates her job.

I have been coming into this location for over 34 years because I live in the neighborhood across from it. This location has had the biggest OVERTURN in employees in the last couple of years, from employees stealing, being rude, not showing up for work, you name it, but this morning tops it off. The clerk, Kalysha, needs to remember it is the customers that come into the store and buy merchandise and gas that pays her paycheck and every other employees check there too. Therefore, you need us, the CUSTOMERS, and should learn some manners and learn how to treat them with respect and be professional, not tell them their stupid when they asked for cigarettes and the clerk didn't get the right ones, then tell the customer you should have brushed you hair before you left the house this morning. WHAT?? Who talks to people like that??? Maybe if you didn't throw my drivers license at me, I wouldnt have just placed my money on the counter. For I handed you my license, I didn't throw it at you. I am 52 yrs old, I deserve a little more respect than that. Perhaps your mother didn't teach you any manners when you were growing up, but its not too late to learn some. If you want to be treated with respect, you have to show respect back to the customer. You are providing me a service in which I pay you for when i come into that location and buy merchandise. You act like you are doing me a favor by waiting on me. I think this store needs a new manager and all new employees. Ones that have manners and know how to be professional and not stand around talking on their cell phones and having us customers wait, until their done, before they wait on us. Also clean the store when it is slow not when it is busy and there are 10 people standing in line. For I have walked out before and went down the road because no one wants to stand around in line while the employees are busy on their phones rather than waiting on the customers. This location needs some serious employment matters dealt with by corporate whom I am contacting today and hope they will handle it. I can provide a list of local customers all fed up with this location,. I am not the only customer with complaints about this location.

This has to be the worst Circle K in Augusta. Customer service is null and void. This store is 50/50. Usually out of just about everything or closed at various times of the day with people waiting to get gas without a sign on the door. Staff doesn't even care how the store looks most of the time.

These associates need a different profession. They are rude and act like you aren't even standing there. They start conversations instead of waiting on customers. Lost my business today. Somebody needs to watch cameras in corporate.

Went to this store on Friday and put $10 of gas in my car. My car immediately started to misfire afterwards. I took it to the dealership and they had to drain my car due to the bad gas having too much ethanol. I had to pay $575. The gas also has debris at the bottom. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET GAS

Only one line sell lottery, but instead of having a sign, they wait until you reach the front of the line and send you to the back of the other! When I suggested a sign, the clerk said, "Okay, have a good one." No not okay. You should apologize!!
