O'Reilly Auto Parts

What can I say? I’ve never had a time where I didn’t get exceptional help from anyone who works there. They make you feel like they truly care about what you are looking for and want to ensure you get everything you need. I had to return an item that didn’t fit my needs and had zero issues doing so. It’s always my first stop for any car parts I may need.

This store is always a great place whenever I need vehicle supplies. They installed new batteries in both my vehicles this past summer. They also have the parts, supplies, & accessories I need when I go there. The employees are very helpful.

Good place for a quickly needed parts and a pretty decent staff on deck to help find it.

The staff is almost always courteous and professional and I've never had any problem out of their parts.

Everytime I go here for my auto part needs, everyone is always absolutely helpful and exhibit amazing customer service skills. They always answer all my questions, despite using phrases like the thing that does that thing in my car, they always seem know what I'm describing and get me the parts I need.

I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about cars😅 I went to the winchester location and the two guys were working together to try there best to figure out what was wrong with my car. They are very intelligent and knowledgeable. I went to get power steering fluid but they realized that isn't what I needed. They could have sent me on my way but instead,they solved my car problem. I'm very appreciative!!

I really enjoy my local O'riley's and spend most of my hard earned money there vs go somewhere you else and this is simply because of the staff. Would recommend over other auto parts stores.

Coasted right into the parking lot when my expo died with me thinking the old 2014 battery was just shot. 1 hour and $152 later come to find out my alternator is dead. Brand new battery already dead! At least I made the 30 minute drive home with it till I can afford the $195 110 amp reman motorcraft alternator. The guys the working that night were really nice, helpful, but I wish they'd said let's just check your alternator while you got it here to see if it's operating correctly or malfunctioning. Would def recommend visiting the store for your emergency vehicle repairs.

Dawn is a great and very helpful associate at this store if you get waited on by her you will have a smile and a laugh very sweet lady.

I have been dealing with this business or the predecessor, S&T Auto Parts since 1964. The have always been friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Fast, friendly service. Replaced my remote battery.

They usually have the parts we need and if they don't have it in stock they can order it and get them in a timely manner.

They tested my boat battery confirmed that it was bad, had a replacement and I was in and out within 5 or 10 minutes.

Friendly service, will price match. Best place to buy parts in town.
