Such great customer service. I called in asking if they had a product in stock because my local one, an hour away, did not. They had the product I was looking for and offered for one of their guys to bring it to my local store because he was heading my way. Above and beyond which is not something you often find these days.

The store in Winchester TN is a delight to deal with! The staff went above and beyond to help me with a wallpaper question I had, even helping me find someone to hang the wallpaper when the first person backed out at the last minute! Can’t say enough good things about the staff!

Ask for pouring spout for a gallon can & got immediate help as desk person went & got one for me immediately..... Actual cost of item was very reasonable, left very satisfied... Will come back next time for paint (already had in house this time)....
