AT&T Store

The store was really helpful. The wifi service does not include our side of town. I live behind the hospital, we need at&t wifi available for us over here. AT&T has a better wifi price, for the hard working people and us older people. Thank you. 😊 Winchester, Tennessee

I spent 3 hours on the phone today to resolve a Google issue with att pro tech and Google without any luck. Walked into the Decherd ATT and Zoe figured it out in 5 minutes!!! This team is the absolute best and are definately great customer service.

Went in, saw Zoey, she help me with my phone bill. She was very helpful and lovely. Highly recommend seeing her.

Had a great and seamless customer experience and upgrade process with the rep Ty!

Brought in my son's tablet, the manager Zoey fixed it and helped set up parental controls, staying with AT&T due to their fantastic service

My family and I came in the store. We wanted to upgrade our phones. Tonya was working that day and she helped us. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable. She was very patient, and she went above and beyond making sure we got want we wanted and needed in a new phone. I have recommended Tonya to several people in Decherd. Not only did my family walk out with new phones we also walked out with a new friend. Tonya definitely needs to be recognized for all of her hard work. Thank you Tonya! You Rock!!

Y’all I just want to give a shout out to mrs. Heavenly she was the best store associate I’ve come across in this facility. I’ve been here getting my new phone set up and she was very sweet and had absolutely amazing costumer service and made me feel welcome and helped me through the whole process in the best way possible. We definitely need more folks like her she is definitely a star of this store and needs to be recognized as such if y’all come here while y’all need phone services she is an absolute good send making her name very fitting. Heavenly was very helpful on checking out my bill & very nice & friendly. Great customer service also clean store not much phone to look at y waiting. But it's fine the wait time was fast. This store is more helpful then other stores.

I broke my phone a couple weeks ago my husband and I went to the At&t store in Winchester TN. I give it 5 stars because I got a new phone (Samsung 23) along with great service form the AT&T Rep that helped us!!!

Manager Zoe was helpful and patient with my complicated cell phone problem. She is extremely competent and great at her job.

The manager Tonya got us our new Samsung phones and we love them. ❤ But thus lady should not have to work this hard. People sitting everywhere and only this lady here doing all the work.

Tyrese was a huge help at helping my parents set up their new phones and explaining everything to them clearly. Great customer service and will continue my plan with them.

The manager Felicia was great! She was training two new employees while still making sure to great every customer as they came in. I had a short wait before i was helped, but the atmosphere was very friendly. I got what i needed done rather quickly.

I worked with Stephen to fix some issues and complete a phone upgrade. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable/informative. I also was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently we were able to complete the necessary tasks, I was pleased to not have to spend a few hours here.

I worked with Felicia with an on going issue. She worked with me patiently and repetitively until the issue was resolved. If it wasn't for her I would have lost all respect for AT&T, based on how the phone service i.e. customer support and the loyalty retention department treated me. I cannot give enough praise for Felicia and the face she provides the company. 10/10 on her interpersonal skills and knowledge with resolving complex issues!

Went in to get an upgrade on my phone, Scott made it effortless and stress free, very knowledgeable on every aspect of the phones and quick process to upgrade. Very professional as others were waiting in line for service. Very happy.

The Decherd AT&T Store Associates are pretty Awesome, to me!!! No matter what I need, they Always help me! Every single associate that works there! They solve any problems I may have. They are also very courteous and always respectful! Thank you, for THEM!!!

I could not make calls only receive or send text messages. The AT&T store rep Tyrese, spent over an hour on the phone with tech support diagnosing the problem. The result was I had a faulty SIM card among other issues. Tyrese fixed the problem and updated my phone. That kind of customer service skill isn’t taught. You either have it or you don’t! AT&T is very fortunate to have Tyrese interfacing with customers!

I have been going to this store for the last three years. And I’ve been very satisfied with the service from the employees and the management. Working retail in the past I understand how a lot of people show up at the same time and it’s frustrating to have to wait for service but good service is always worth waiting for. I have multiple phones on my business account and in more than one occasion the management at the store have found ways for me to save money and to better my service. Thank you AT&T Decherd for everything you do!!!
