Had to return a brand new
weedeater that had not been open cause I was out ot town past 30 day exchange.the two return clerks Danecia and jay went up and beyond service to try to help me with exchange.mod Jeff also stepped in and was able to take care of this problem and made a happy customer.this has always been my favorite home depot! I hope someone in management can acknowledge these 3 people for very good customer service!!

The home Depot has lots of tools and cool stuff. The home Depot also has would an electrical supplies and plumbing stuff. The home Depot has garage door openers. The home Depot does not carry garage doors in stock. The home Depot sells paint sprayers and painting equipment. The home Depot also sells paint brushes and paint rollers. The home Depot sells table saws miter saws and my hammer a straight claw. The home Depot has lumber but they don't sell hamburgers. They don't have a Chinese buffet but they will bend you over and say time to pay.

My first time here and when we needed to check out there was a huge line. One of the workers named Eric was there and my mom asked if they’d add more cashiers. He went out of his way to immediately call two more cashiers. The line went super quick after that. I can appreciate people who go out of their way to help others.

Came early to purchase items needed for work. Every associate I asked responded with warmth and smiles. Even those chatting with each other diverted their whole attention on me and walked with me to respective locations. Didn't stay for long, but would if I could! A very pleasant visit.

My husband had an allergic reaction plus high blood pressure
over 219 whilst driving, I was away from him at the time so I told him to get off the freeway and to get into a nearby parking lot and enter the store which was homedepot. He entered and 2 employees assisted my husband in his time of need and waited till the ambulance arrived to take him away. I do not know the names of these 2 heroes but I appreciate them for what they did and thanks Home depot for having nice and caring employees.

They try, and im content, cashiers are a little attitude ish but I've seen improvement there also, parking lot feels much safer.keep it up home depot

Sharkeisha was very helpful when I had a large pickup order. This store was the only one in town that had what I needed on short notice.

I had a bad service experience here, but after that experience I met an assistant manager named Rosa, her attributes to repair the disparage I felt towards on going my business relationship with Home Depot was remarkable. I never met a manager like her in 30 years as a General Contractor. She restored my hope that Home Depot still cares and value it’s customers shopping experience. I don’t know if Lowes or other general stores will see me in there store next week; cause I now feel just too welcomed to come shop here, until my wallet screams lol. Especially in this Home Depot location. Home Depot should have some type of “undercover “ service training for all their locations and Rosa should be the head instructor. Don’t take my word for it; the experience says it all.. I m now back, building something together with Home Depot. Thanks

Close by in & out even tho there was a long like with the self checkout! Overall good experience.

Leslie at the home Depot on Uvalde and I-10 is the very definition of excellent customer service. She should manage the entire store chain. Sho went the extra mile to make sure that my project was successful. Thanks again Leslie 😊

Found 5 minute mix bag here. Not all locations have it. This home depot was...HUGE! has a crazy variety of tools.
