The Walgreens pharmacy is outstanding in customer service and prescription fulfillment. The drive up window is fast and reliable, making it an excellent time-saving feature for busy and time constraint customers. Walgreens also offers a full range of innoculations, that is, shots that are the most requested by medical professionals for their patients. This is a great place to do business and a better place to save money on many of your shopping needs.

Our experience at this pharmacy was fantastic. Especially our interaction with Cheryl. She went out of her way to make sure that we were able to get the help we needed-in the store and out. We are from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, live in Mexico.. Our roaming from AT&T was completely gone and we couldn’t get things like Uber that we needed to return to our hotel. She let us use her personal wi-fi to make sure that we got the ride we needed, and it really helped us out as we were extremely stressed. I am writing to tell you that you have a fantastic employee in Cheryl.. I am embarrassed that it took us so long to write this review. We intend to do so the next day but travel got in the way. Will you please share this with Cheryl and pass along our most sincere gratitude.

Man, why you gotta do me like that Walgreens? I can't come into your store and not come out with more than a few items😂
Staff are always friendly and helpful and I spend more time here than I should but I'm ok with that

Joanna was very nice with a beautiful smile. I didn’t catch the name, but a younger male helped me merge my accounts today on my profile. Unfortunately, Wall greens do not have a reputation of hiring friendly people so I guess they are all at this location

Easter weekend, they didn't have script, did have a solution
I'd gotten out of the ER with my daughter who had a prescription from that facility. Walgreens on Heritage Avenue didn't have what we needed. The pharmacist, though, offered to do everything he could like pre-ordering it (2 day wait), call other locations to find out who had it, or get an over the counter equivalent we could use.
I left the pharmacy with an over the counter option almost as good as the prescription so that we could get my child on the road to recovery.
Again - this was early morning on a holiday weekend, and they were making sure we'd be OK.

I went to fill a prescription for antibiotics around 8:30 AM. There weren't any other people waiting for prescriptions. There were two staff members at the pharmacy and both were very polite and quick. They said it would take about 10 minutes to fill my prescription, but it was ready in about 5 minutes.

I was on my lunch hour and was going into Walgreens for a few things, but locked my keys in my car. Thankfully my windows were cracked enough to get inside. I want to thank Ben an employee who helped me get my keys out. He went out of his way to help me and I so appreciate it. He certainly saved my day and I am so very thankful. Thanks again Ben!!

I apologize for any issues that have happened in the past. I am the NEW store manager at this location now. We are working hard to improve the service and knowledge in our pharmacy and throughout the store. Give us a try... if you are not satisfied, feel free to talk to me so I can continually improve our store. We WILL get better.

Been coming here for years for the conveience of picking up drinks, food and whatever while avoiding the grocery store. They've had the same employees flr YEARS which says a lot. Happy employees. You save so much money with your rewarda card you can also use your phone nunber but its worth it to sign up. Good cigarette prices and selections. I. Smoke Marlboro 27s anx are hard to find by the carton so are my dad's Marlboro Methol Lights and my girls especially Marlboro menthol smooths. (Get over it. Some people still smoke cigarettes and DON'T vape. Our choice and better for you than crack and meth LOL) 🤔🤔
Great bur random sale items.g And a good place to go to stock up for Halloween/Christmas🎄/Easter/whatever decorations AFTER to store for next year for super cheap. Also had fun here with my GF and my mother snd father the other day with these novelty headbands that look like Snapchat filters. 😻😻🤛

One of the workers took the time to show me where the IPhone chargers were and both associates were very nice. Thank you.

Ann and Stephanie were very helpful and helped me to save a little bit on medication.

Great pharmacy

I’ve been shopping from this location for 25 years and so impressed by Shawna the CSR. She is friendly, professional and very helpful when I need to find something.

The pharmacy is under staffed how ever the person who took my prescription Annie was very friendly and even told me about discount for the medication I was taking which I could claim from good rx.

The head pharmacist there "Stephanie S" though initially sounded little pissed (about something else?) very well knew her stuff in fact she was the only person who knew about my drug right away among the many pharmacies I spoke with.

-- People who know their stuff are good. (example Annie)
-- There are a couple of very unresponsive persons (example Ben) but that is unavoidable in any pharmacy.

For the times that I have been in the area and stopped by, the register staff have been friendly to me. You do need to make sure that the sales prices ring up correctly, but that is true for any store that you visit. I have not had any issues with any of the team members at this location.
