Went by Autozone on Belknap to buy the items I needed for my oil change and Justin went far and beyond helping me to get everything I needed and also I asked to scan my truck for any error codes. Thank God none but that was help also. Totally go back to this location and ask for Justin because he is very knowledgeable.

Love this place, the quality of the parts and the lifetime guaranteed, what could possibly go wrong. As long as you have all your ducks in a row and the receipts in place your lifetime warranty is in place for many years to come. The service is great the staff works as a team and the management is awesome. I've been going to autozone for nearly 17 years and have yet to come across any issues.

I was having a really bad day and I was more frustrated with anija than I should have been. She kept her cool and helped me out. She went over and beyond letting Me know all the parts I would need not just the part I came in for. In the end, I felt bad and apologized, and she blew me off like nothing happened. This review isn't about the store but about the young man that helped me name Angel, he did an amazing job. I went to AutoZone for a simple battery replacement and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I truly feel lucky that he was the associate that helped me.

I drive way out of my way to go to the Auto Zone at 5110 E Belknap Street in Haltom City Texas. There are 4 auto parts stores within 3 miles of me but I go to this specific store because they are exceptional with customer service. I’m not exaggerating one bit, they do everything in their power to sell you what you need or find it for you. This has happened every time I go to this location. There is a team member named Michael who is the best. That’s something, to be the best in a store that has a bunch of bests! Autozone should do something special for this team.

I went in with some battery issues and Justin came outside checked my truck out and fixed the issue along with another problem that he didn’t have to fix but he gladly did definitely will be going back to that autozone

We work on our fleet of 13 vehicles, but many others as well. AZAP has most parts we've needed and at a close warehouse if not in two close stores. From O2 sensor tap to replacement halogen bulbs, they're handy.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at the Belknap location. Wish I'd have gotten the ladies name that help me because I would definitely mention her by name. She was really professional through the whole process of getting the right part that I required.

Justin took care of me right away and found the part I been needing for weeks, smart man he knows his stuff !!!
