Paint can was NOT secured from the store = spilled in my car.

After getting my paint can and sample can from the store, I proceeded home to get my paint on. I trusted the cans were sealed, i didn't think anything of it.

To my horror, I open my back seat and I see white paint ALL OVER my car floor. I called the store and the reply was, "we are not liable for any paint that leaves our store".

I'm going to be calling the store back on Monday but needless to say, this small paint job is going to cost me $500 in a new carpet. All because a can was not secured, as per normal.

To the people that helped me; One rep was helpful, another rep was not well informed. I don't know who is to blame for this but all I know is, paint can should be secured when you leave the store and the customer shouldn't have to check for this.

Worst paint store ever they charge you first without knowing if the have the products and then you have to wait 3 business days for your money to be back in your account.

I am the only customer in the store. 5 employees and it takes 40 minutes to mix one gallon of paint. Very disappointing!
