This is the cleanest gas station that I have been too, and I travel internationally. Sonny, seriously sets the bar for elevating the customers experience. He is courteous, friendly and engaging. I hope that the owner recognizes and values him!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. In the past, I would frequent 711. Their fountain cokes are now over $3.00 for the Double Gulp. Jackson's Shell is $1.69. They have frozen Coke (and other flavors) about a million other items, and the store is SPOTLESS. The employees are amazing, and you really can't go wrong here.

I think this place is great. It's the cleanest 24h Gas station I've ever seen. It's welcoming and the staff is polite. I should add updated pictures later because it's way different from what it was. Any the 1 star reviews I'm seeing is about it's re-model and wearing a mask. Not really a reason to get a bad review. Actually a reason to know you will be safe here. I say there's nothing wrong with this place at all.

Friendly staff, clean store and restrooms

This gas station has been my go-to location with the convenience of the hours, but also their bathrooms. The store hours are 24 hours, but bathrooms close at 9pm and open at 5pm. I’m hoping that this would extend soon.

The staff is always friendly and greet you at the door or around the store when you walk in. Their slurpy machines have unique flavors and I usually see them being changed, rotated, or cleaned up by the staff. Their newest flavor Piña Colada is yummy and also has caffeine, which is a first!

I haven’t been able to utilize their loyalty rewards for a long time, but this is still a work in progress. Their drinks are great and they keep their shelves stocked each day.

On Saturday, August 26th, I purchased gas for my vehicle and did not want to fill up my tank. After my purchase of $29.27, I want to check my bank account to make sure the amount was correct because a receipt did not come out of the gas pump. My bank account showed 2 transactions for no reason. One was for the $29.27 that I had just spent and the other was $100 in the pending section. I did not spend $100 on anything at that moment from Shell. I went to question the employee inside, Clayton, and he said that sometimes Shell puts a hold of $100 on accounts. I mentioned to him that I had never heard of that before and that I have been going to this gas station ever since it had opened. He said something like that's how things are and that the bank account should go back to normal after 24 hours. If it went through, my account would have been drafted. This is why I did not fill up my gas tank entirely. I did check after speaking with him 2 hours later on my account and it was removed. I went to the other gas station to fill up because I'm worried about being charged an additional $100 for no reason again that may go through on my account and I don't feel like waiting a week or two to get my money back for not purchasing anything for that amount there.

Great prices for beers too.

**BUYERS BEWARE** , especially minorities. So I stopped here yesterday (8-18-2023), was just grabbing an item real quick, I first noticed some passive aggressive racism that we minorities deal with all the time, this time there was a white guy in front of me in the line, and when it was his turn the teller greeted him regularly (good morning how are you) but when it was my turn she wouldn't even respond to my greeting even though I initiated it ( Me: "Good Morning" ) ( Her:**Nothing** ) then proceeds to give me the racist side-eye, followed by a strange look like she was up to something, this lady rang my items up and proceeded to charge me what was clearly more than it should cost, i looked at the register screen and it showed a case of water for 6$, and i didnt purchase any water, when i brought it to her attention, it was "Oh what im sorry must be the new scanners" and babbles off some more phony excuses, only then after she was caught she tried to display some kindness which was completely absent during the transaction up until the point she was caught red handed, it was clear she was trying to rip me off and didn't feel any way about it due to me being black, I don't have a racist bone in my body and my kids are half white,so i dont tolerate it one bit, I called to complain to the manager just to find out she is the manager, ugh, which brings me here, i feel like people need to know and be aware, she was ready for me just to give her cash and be on my way without paying attention, little did she know paying attention is my middle name, ok rant over now, take care

For starters, this particular shell has some of the highest prices in town. Secondly, one of the clerks consistently Parks blocking the exit to the pumps. Sounds a little counterproductive right? I have brought this up to her and to another lady that works there and both times I get excuses to why they wanted to park there instead of somewhere more out of the way. What happened to customer service? For that matter, what happened to Common sense. One of my vehicles happens to be a large truck, so naturally when she parks in front of the pumps and makes it very difficult to maneuver around her. I find it very disappointing that they would rather make excuses for their behavior rather than fix the problem. I will spend my money elsewhere

I guess I'll add this place to the do not shop list now. I do not have to follow some government pushing mandate that goes against my health reasons and morals. Nor do I cave into fear mongering. It's not like I stop very often but now not at all. As long as I can help it. Your loss.
