This Jewel-Osco location seems to be a newer building. It is a clean and well stocked store. The aisles are nicely organized. The Starbucks inside is convenient and very close to the front entrance. The parking lot is large and we’ll maintained.

Bakery is amazing! They made a a custom birthday cake for me - double decker cookie cake with frosting in the middle. They did a great job and great service! Reasonable price!

A typical Jewel, good selection of items. Employees are friendly.

I shop at Sugar Grove Jewel several times a week. I want to echo what Jon Z commented 2 months ago about stinky employees. I was in the floral department tonight 8-30-23 and I kept smelling something utterly foul, like a nasty case of garbage or BO or both. And I was going up and down the card aisle trying to find a card and focusing on that. I finally found the right card and I found the source of the stench, it was a young, male employee in the department who must be immune to his own lack of personal hygiene. It is a sad, sad thing when you have such a lack of regard for your fellow humans that you will stink like a skunk.

I grew up going to Jewel with my mom. It's a place that truly brings the community together in so many ways, sometimes its just the place you run Into old friends or its the place you shop at because the people who work there genuinely want to help you in any way they can and they have the freshest and best selection from the produce to the meat department and everything in between sometimes its just the familiar face you see that brightens your day and helps you stay connected during this pandemic!!! I just Love Jewel Osco

Food is excellent, amazing customer service. I wish there was one in my city. I would certainly be a regular customer. If you are looking for organic or to eat healthy, this is the store. Love this place. 🙌😁

I don't usually go to this jewel store. I must say that it's the Next Generation a jewel stores that I am used to. The store is clean well-organized helpful staff produce that is really good the store made salads they are good so I'm going to try more shopping there that was a pleasant experience. That was after I went to the Culver's down the street good locations

Always enjoy shopping here at night. The majority of the staff is exceptional. Store manager is not please at all but I rarely see her. Daytime help is good but the younger ones Definatly lack basic math skills. But that's an entirely different matter that's open for debate.

Good clean store that always has everything I need when making different recipes. Very helpful employees and other customers as I don't get to shop there on a regular basis. Always go there when near.

Always have everything I need, great selection of everything. Use the app, and save tons of money. Very friendly staff, always very helpful. Have no problems finding food I'm looking for, using coupons on the app, getting great deals. Even during COVID-19 lockdowns, found everything I needed. Never super packed, which is really nice.

Vickie (bakery department) had dropped everything she was doing to help me out on such short notice. I needed a specific cookie cake and she put it together quickly and it looked fantastic and was delicious! I have nothing but high praises for Vickie!

This Jewel is right down the street from my dad's house and we come here a lot. The staff are very friendly and its always clean and organized here. We have been going here for years. We like it so much that my brother is even working there now. So here is my shout out to my brother Brodey Harper! He loves the people he works with and always tells his family he likes working there. If your staff enjoys it, then its a good store. I am impressed with how well kept and clean it is. Keep up the good work yall!

this incredibly amazing lady stopped me and said "i just wanted to let you know you're beautiful, and i love your eyes." the store was fine but honestly that made my day, my year, and my life. i hope she has an amazing life

Been shopping at the SG Jewel since it opened. Today I asked Eric in produce if they had any fresh basil in back as the shelves were empty. He came back and apologized that there was no basil. I went on shopping and a few minutes later at the opposite end of the store Eric found me with packs of basil in hand. Thank you for going above and beyond Eric.

Went to get groceries. Very nice a d clean store. Workers were very friendly.

I was extremely happy with my experience last night. My wife gave me a list and I had no idea what anything was on it. The stockers were extremely helpful to me last night. I received excellent help from 3 stockers in particular. Unfortunately I can only remember the names of 2 of them. The first person who helped me was a tall blonde teenager. He pointed me towards the aisle I needed to be in. I think the second stockers name was Russell. Although he was new and didn’t know where many things were, he dropped what he was doing and found somebody to help me. That next person that helped me was a young man named Braden who helped me find what I was looking for. I was so happy with this shopping experience and I can’t wait to come back!
