Great store to deal with. While driving home from a road trip my phone would not work properly, called Verizon tech service with the wife's phone. Spent 2.5 hours on the phone with them while driving and even stopped in a store in Wisconsin, nothing worked. Stopped in my hometown store and tim was great, fixed it in about 4 minutes. Tim gave us great customer service. We will continue to do business there

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a cellular store. The staff is exceptional helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They really go the extra mile at this location. If you are looking to switch providers like I was, do not hesitate for one minute and go visit Chuck or his staff here at this location.

Mark did an exceptional job. He explained all my options and stayed late just to help me out. He is a fine salesman and very knowledgeable at what he does. His boss/manager was also top notch. I would highly recommend this group of individuals to take care of your cell phone needs. Thank you. I am moving to this area and it’s good to know that I have service with a smile just down the street!!!

Update: Another great experience at this Verizon location. Chuck was friendly, informative and really helped me understand my plan, options avaliable to me, and was knowledgeable on all products. Marinely was so patient with my children and myself with any questions we had about our new devices. She was also friendly and informative. Alex and Rachel were helpful, filling in whenever needed. And again, helpful and friendly. This crew is truly a team, making it so easy to work with any of them because the transition is that smooth. They are all so welcoming and do an amazing job taking care of their customers. I watched as they treated every other customer with the same care.

I went in wanting to change carries wasn’t sure what to expect. Was a long time customer where I was at kind of nervous about the change. Nathan was the one helped me out. Gave me so many great options. I am glad I made the move great service at a great price. Any question I had he was able to answer! Great service! If you go to this store most definitely check him out. I would book an appointment with him before hand!

Alex Smith was such a wonderful person to help us with our new phones and set up. So very patient and friendly. An asset to Verizon.

We stopped by this morning with a few questions regarding our new phones. I am sad to say I didn't get the young man's name that helped us. Another helpful and patient employee. Sugar Grove Verizon is our forever store. All employees are kind and welcoming. Great staff.

I have had to visit the Verizon Store in Sugar Grove twice and both times was helped by Ed who was knowledgeable and communicated well with me. I’m not a tech gal nor am I young, but both times, I walked away happy and confident about my purchases. The first visit was to buy a new iPhone and change carriers. The process was seamless and helped me tremendously. I was dropping a lot of calls with my old carrier and use my phone for work. Ed helped me pick the plan that I needed to stay whole. My second trip was because my first visit was so awesome. It was Cyber Monday and I was on Amazon trying to purchase an IPad. I realized I had too many questions and went back to Ed at Verizon. He helped me with everything and again I walked away confident about my purchase. Highly recommend the store in Sugar Grove. Chuck and Ed are awesome.

My family and I are now proud Verizon customers and it is all thanks to Mark at the Sugar Grove Verizon! Mark helped three of us switch over, and he was incredibly personable, kind and caring throughout the entire time we were there. Rachel also was there to help and she was great! We specifically went to this location based on the amazing reviews we read online, and they exceeded our expectations! 100% would recommend Verizon and specifically this location.

Worked with Chuck today he was wonderful. He took his time to make sure we were getting what we needed for my family of 5. I had lots of questions and he didn't rush me. We worked with him years ago, we left to go to AT&T and then just came back toi Verizon partly because we knew we'd get great service with Chuck..

I went into the store a little before an hour to close and worked with Alex. He was patient, informative, and very helpful. In fact, the whole staff really cast a vibe of wanting to be there and enjoying their work, even as the time towards closing drew near, i.e., there was no bum's rush.

Alex was perfect. He helped me with the one device I was interested in but also -- and not in any pushy or cheap sales way -- brought up some other devices that he thought I might be interested in. He and an associate were in fact using or owned the devices we talked about and their enthusiasm for what they had bought and were using was great. And, because Alex did show me one device an associate was using, in addition to the item I came for, I ended up buying that other item, too -- a Samsung Galaxy Watch3 -- and I couldn't be happier.

At the same time, Alex reviewed my account for available plan adjustments, made some good moves, and put in an order for the main item I wanted but was not in stock. He also took full time to help me set up my watch and made sure it was working, of which I think had he rushed this part -- again we are near closing time, if not past closing -- I would have likely had to come back the next day and been frustrated because I'm sure something might not have worked if done quickly or carelessly. But, he took the time, tested everything, and got me up and running perfectly.

In a few days, the item I ordered came in quicker than expected, which was great, and at notice of the arrival, Alex politely, promptly, and enthusiastically called. I went into the store and while Alex was with another customer he right away recognized me by name and directed me to an associate who was also very friendly and great, and we got that item up and running quickly, too. I think even the manager in just overseeing things and in peripheral monitoring of what was going on showed me a case for one device that someone had just returned to him and that I might be interested in it. Again, as noted above, it seemed like everyone who was working there wanted to be there, wanted to help, and wanted to work well as a team. That's a very welcome environment.

A few days later, Alex nicely called to see how my items were working for me, of which all was great. So, again, an absolutely perfect experience.

Many of my previous electronics purchases have been through big box sellers and while they were always fine, the folks at this Sugar Grove Verizon store really stood out. As well, in my work, I hire, engage, manage 100-200 people each year for clients. So, you recognize that when everything works well it's not by accident. It's a good group of people.

Again, thanks to the Sugar Grove Verizon store and thanks Alex! A great experience there!

My mom & I were looking for a great deal with the best coverage. We decided to go with Verizon Wireless & had arrived at the store thinking it wouldn’t take long to switch over & purchase phones. The process took longer than expected and the two gentlemen, Luke & Kevin, were kind enough to stay a whole hour & a half after closing to help with the unexpected issues we were having. My mom & I felt bad for them staying late but not once did they ever look or express to be upset about it. They were super professional workers & very generous with their time. This was the best experience I’ve had at not just a mobile store, but any store. I highly recommend this Verizon Wireless!

I've had the best service here! These guys go out of their way, even staying past hours, to get everything I needed, plus some! I drive past other stores to get to this one.
Alex was so helpful and fun to work with. He spent many hours getting everything added, upgraded and synced etc. I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and because of service like that, I don't plan on going anywhere else.

Got the pleasure of getting new phone yesterday from Chuck. He helped me and my mom make the most out of our experience and get exactly what we wanted! Left the store incredibly satisfied with their customer service and knowledge. Dan also helped coordinate the trade in with my old phone ahead of time and helped any questions I had about upgrading. Overall super great experience and always end up coming back to this location because of how friendly and helpful the staff is!

I was looking to upgrade from my old phone to a new one to get faster speeds. I really liked my old phone but it was slow. Alex helped me pick out a new phone based off of what I told him I liked. He brought out two phones and showed me the differences. I ended up going with the first one he recommended! Great help!

I wanted a phone upgrade and made an appointment which was exactly on time. Customer service was great! Marinely was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was given options and I received exactly what I wanted. Everything was explained in detail and the process was efficient. The store was clean and the employees were friendly...I will definitely return.

Had a great experience. Went in looking to switch to a better network, and I went in late on a Saturday thinking it would be easy. Oscar and Alex took the time to help me get set up and transferred over, which we went well over closing time due to my previous carrier- Boost. (If you’re transferring from a prepaid, it might be faster if you try to get you acct# from Boost because they force you to call them for it) The most friendliest pair by far. Very happy with my new phone.

Oscar assisted me with upgrading to a new phone after four years and he was absolutely wonderful to work with; he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me since alot has changed in four years! We also found out we have an endearing mutual connection and had a great time sharing stories.
I would definitely recommend working with him if you need to go to the Verizon store.

I finally broke down today and upgraded from a dumb phone to a smart one. I went to Verizon in Sugar Grove and had two very nice workers helping me. I am not well versed on the latest phone technology, but they were extremely patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience. I believe the young man’s name was Kevin, but I didn’t catch the young lady’s name. They were both extremely friendly and helpful.
