My kids love our weekly trip to check out the animals and critters, getting extra excited when there are new furry faces to look at. Reminds me of when I was a kid and our family would visit Noah's Ark in the Fox Valley Mall.

The staff is friendly and lenient with our chaos, the other customers are happy to let us pet their dogs, and overall the store is well kept.

We haven't bought a darn thing, but it's a fun place to hang out between wrestling and baseball practices. See you in the aisles.

Nothing but great experiences here. Yesterday we purchased a fish tank that unfortunately was missing the filter. I called mainly just to check that it was supposed to come with a filter but Carolyn ( I'm pretty sure was her name) was extremely nice and caring enough to give us a 3 pack of filters for free. I can definitely recommend this location for their selection of products and above and beyond customer service.

I went in today confused and lost on what I should feed my sick Chihuahua whom has a heart minor unfortunately but my vet told me I should get her wet puppy food. We went in today not knowing a single thing about puppy food the manager Vanessa took the time out of her day to explain every wet puppy dog food there was, she not only explained every benefit of each and every dog food she took 30 minutes to speak to us and help us out I definitely appreciate the manager Vanessa she is more understanding and knowledgeable than the yorkville location I will most definitely be coming back to this store props to Vanessa.

Nulo is the best dog food I've tried. it's very hard to find good brands because a simple "why is ___ dog food bad" and ____ dog food good" search is all biased opinions without real facts. and leads people to be misinformed. Nulo has been great and my dog has very healthy weight, also he sheds way less than he used to with name brand products. great store

A really nice PetSmart. It's very clean and well organized. They have a lot of different products at good prices and the staff is very helpful.

I just came back from picking up prescription dog food for my diabetic dog. There was no food on the shelf, but one of the employees (possibly a manager/had a beard) spent 15 minutes digging to the bottom of a pallet so I could have food for my pup tomorrow. All with a bright demeanor as well, which I know can be tough during the busy holiday season. My pup thanks you 🐶🐶🐶

Everybody is always so sweet when I bring my pup in. The staff genuinely love animals and make a point to ask if they can say hello to my dog before greeting him. I appreciate the respect and knowledge and my pup loves the attention he gets. The options are great and there are always sales as well.

I usually never leave reviews, but the gentleman I interacted with at PetHotel at around 6:30 pm was just so nice. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was super lovely and was very conversational!

We brought our 1 year old lab mix to get groomed for the first time for some puppy pampering. I was a bit nervous since she is a very high anxiety pup, and very afraid of loud noises. I talked to the groomer during the check in process (very quick and easy process) to explain my concerns, and she was able to accommodate Spuds needs during her grooming session. Our pup had so much fun, I was very impressed how she left her grooming session. Her grooming was done very well, and the groomers even gave us feedback as first time dog owners that we were cleaning her ears well and trimming her nails right. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to go again in the near future primarily due to the amazing customer service we were given throughout the entire time we were at the store. We even bought some treats on the way out for our good girl.

Our baby goes to puppy daycare here a few times a week, and they are awesome! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

It’s very friendly neighborhood pet shop. We’ve used their day camp services numerous times and always would also pick up food and treats from here. People here especially the ones at the pet hotel are very friendly. The products they carry varies from affordable brands to pretty nice quality high-end treats. Although I do notice the prices in store are more expensive than online, but we still keep going there because it’s more like a hangout spot for my dog and they always open late, it’s a perfect place to go for walks at night too.

Entire grooming team here is absolutely incredible.

I have to say this location has done such a great job with my dog Ike for over 8 years! Can't say enough about the staff and the way they take care of him like their own.

This is hard for me to say but THIS STORE IS AMAZING!!! I feel like part of the PetSmart family. My dog Echo has taken training classes here and this is the only place I will let groom her. The staff is friendly and just all around AWESOME!

Never any issues here. Pet Grooming is AWESOME, staff is friendly, happy and Great. Prices and discounts are just as great. Our dog Dillon, just loves his visits here because he always gets a surprise toy for his journey.

Carolyn the manager was so hepful with everything I needed . The entire staff was very knowledgeable and courteous..
