Highly reccomend. The woman behind the desk was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They brought the parts out from the warehouse quickly. Prices were competitive. Will return for sure.

I highly recommend Capital Supply for any hot water tank related issues. They are reasonably priced, are prompt, and have very experienced people working for them.

You know how you get anxiety calling places to ask questions because customer service might not be very kind? I had a totally positive experience speaking to Amanda about an urgent need! Not only did she help answer my questions but she eased the cost. This location was also so kind to expedite things so that our needs were met, timely. I will continue to shop here!

Capitol Supply & Service went above and beyond. We had furnace and air conditioning installed in 3 hours which included taking old
furnace and air unit out. They made sure are other gas appliances were lit before they left. Everything was cleaned up and vacuum
our carpet before they left. Kayla in sales and service kept us
informed of everything going on. They gave us a great price with great service. Would definitely recommend Capitol Supply to
anyone. And thank you to both crews indoor and outdoor that did
an excellent job.

Quick response to my no heat situation. Honest and upfront about what was needed ( no upsell). Jay and his crew Even showed me how to read trouble codes on my furnace. Kayla worked hard to get me same day service. Was happily surprised she made it happen. Highly recommend.

Roy harvey is always extremely helpful and professional. Always has gone out of the way to be helpful and make sure I have everything I need before I leave. Roy even when dealing with a disgustingly rude customer kept his professionalism and even though the customer was obviously just looking for something to argue about he kept his cool and handled it extremely well. As well as not letting it effect his work attitude when working with other customers. def an Awesome employee 👍

Great Customer Service Given by Jose & some of the Other Staff that Works there. Capitol Supply & Service on Jennings Rd there have Supplies & Materials for Modular Homes & Mobile Homes alike. They also, carry & have in their Store there a Catalogue where you can look up the Items that you need. Or that they carry. The Staff at Capitol Supply & Service are always Friendly & Helpful. I have known them for about 7 years now. I highly recommend them to Anyone who is a Contractor or Owner of a Modular Home or Mobile Home. Or if a Person needs to help a Family Member or Relative with their home. Capitol Supply & Service is there for you. They are very knowledgeable too in their Trade & many of the Employees there have lots of experience ,& years Working at Capitol.

Very helpful and whenever I need anything for my house they have it. Furnace, AC, skirting, screen doors, u name I have bought it here.

Reviewing as a truck driver delivering, not customer. These guys have their act together. I've delivered a lot of these appliance loads, and was impressed with how helpfully and efficiently I was treated (you have no idea how bad some of these other places are.) If the sales and service are as competent as the receiving crew, you should be all right doing business with them. Flint location.

Today, a very kind man named James, came out to fix our air conditioning. I have been on mandatory quarentine due to Covid and was pretty hesitant about having anyone here at my home. James not only showed up wearing protective gear, but when he was told of the saftey issues, he was one of the kindest people I have experianced throughout this entire ordeal. It is one thing to fix the air conditioning, but it's another to give someone back some faith in humanity right now. Thank you for your respect and kindness. Businesses, and human's in general could use more people such as yourself.
