Aye man. The General Manager Melanie did her thing, we came in to order and they was a system mistake as someone was in training. We didn’t get our food for 20 minutes and they had to come it let us know and then make it.

She came out and took care of our food and gave us some desserts to go for our time and patience and the food was still good!

We had lunch here for the first time today. The food was and service was really good. The sweet tea is a lot better than McDonald's by far, and they offer free refills. Definitely going back so we can try new things on the menu. Only $27 for 3 of us to eat. I'm adding photos, should of took one sooner of my daughter's wrap before it was pretty much gone lol. The pizza is off the kids menu. My grandson loved it and his broccoli that he ordered himself

Delicious soups and hearty salads and sandwiches made with the finest ingredients. Great option for a healthy lunch. Friendly and attentive staff who are happy to introduce new customers to their menu. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. The food quality and quantity easily make up for their slightly premium prices.

I’ve been coming here since it opened . This place went so far down hill and every once in awhile I would stop in.
FINALLY all new employees! My food was FANTASTIC service was FANTASTIC! I will be coming in more frequently hoping for the same and not feeling like an inconvenience to the employees as we did before!

The chef salads and southwest chicken avacado salads are amazing with chipotle ranch! Highly recommended! I love the sweet tea mixed with lemonade. The club sandwiches are good as well. Good take out food! Not a long wait.

I tried Mcallisters about a month ago, and me and my family have eaten there once or twice a week since then. Even used their delivery on the app. Not saying they’ve been perfect, but when there was a problem, (very minor) the General Manager, made sure we were accommodated and treated with kindness and respect. I can’t remember her name, but she is a class act, that matches the food which is always top notch. By far the best casual “fast” dining around, but the way we were treated by the GM is what will make us come back. Also, Bre was great.

We have been here a few times now and each time it gets better. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is fast even when they are busy. It is clean and well run!

They need to hire more employees. One to take orders, serve and clean tables was clearly not enough. The New Yorker was killer though! Well worth it.

I ordered online and got my food instantly upon walking in. The line inside was moving very quickly as well. Friendly and helpful. Food was amazing too! I had the horseradish sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup it was delicious! I read another review that said the food sent them to the bathroom right after but I didnt have that problem at all myself. 🤷‍♀

Melanie and the staff were extremely warm and hospitable. The service was amazing and the food was everything it needed to be. Will be returning for sure.

Amazing food at a decent price. Employees are extraordinary. Have confusion with our order, the employee solved it smoothly and efficiently. If you have never visited......DO IT!

Grand Blanc Location just opened up today. Food is fantastic, prices are very reasonable. Everyone working today did a great job and were super friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more!

First time eating here and we fell in love. Laila and Tanya were so nice and helpful. The store is very clean. Food isn't the cheapest but I found the soup and half sandwich combo to be a good deal for the quality. Will definitely be returning! :-)

April was so very patient and pleasant taking our order. Especially since I special order everything cuz I am so picky. The food looked and tasted good. The dining area is nice cuz the tables aren't right on top of each other. Thank you April.

Great atmosphere, nice dining area, wide variety of options and with customization should provide something for everyone. Join their rewards program for special offers and discounts. Ten percent off with AARP membership. My first time there, I tried the club sandwich, pickle spear, and potato salad which was basically around ten dollars before discounts and tax. Credit cards are accepted, but they display suggested tip amounts or you can enter a custom amount. It's not the kind of place that tips are customary. Places like this that put customers in the awkward position of tipping or not in situations where tipping is not customary are not being fair to non-cash patrons and how do I know who, if anyone other than the owner, is getting the money? The potato salad was a good side choice, fresh, tasty, and a decent portion. The fresh spring mix lettuce on the sandwich is more nutritious and tasty than most sandwich shops use. The meat portions were good; resulting in a filled but still easily eaten sandwich. Perhaps another strip of bacon would have resulted in a more balanced taste but isn't a complaint per sey. Order ahead online or via their app, drive through, curb side, counter, or table side. Soups, salads, sandwiches, mixed fruit cup, teas, lemonades, soda pops, and other varieties. Customize items to your tastes. This isn't low end eating, nor is it overly high end. When you get quality and acceptable quantity the price range seems okay made better by their rewards program, AARP and other discounts, facilities, and customer service. Public restroom. Free parking.

Great placec to eat, the French dip is awsome. Clean, fast friendly service.
