TUMI Store - The Somerset Collection

I bought a customized limited edition bag from here for Father’s Day . The service was much better than Somerset mall location. My sales person took his time , showed me many options and I did not buy that day but his service was so fantastic that I came back the next day and purchased the Mclaren from th fantastic sales person at the Novi location.

I spoke with Cindy here requesting help to find either of the luggage bags in which I was interested. She put me on a waitlist because the bag was sold out. As soon as it was available (not even in the store but somewhere in the country), not only did she call to tell me it was available but she had already spoken with the associate there so that the transition was smooth for me. Then she did not stop there. She called me when the other luggage bag was available too and helped me get that one as well. These stars are so well deserved for her service that was just above and beyond what I hoped for. Thank you Cindy!

Tumi is a great store and a great brand I have had the same laptop bag for my entire career it had a tracking number and so it can be returned if lost and it is very durable. My wife purchased me a wallet from Tumi which wore out and they gave me a new one with my initials free which was really great. They stand by their products and all of them are very highly engineered. They definitely make the best luggage out there in terms of functionality and I wish I could afford the whole blue Camo set that they did have before Christmas I am unsure if it is a line they still sell.

Needed to send out an older TUMI for repair. The staff said no need they had the parts! Fixed on the spot Nd they were very gracious! You want outstanding service this is were you need to go! Purchased from them before as well, very knowledgeable! Thank you
