Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Salesman went on the floor and got my product, even though I asked where it was and was going to get it myself. The customer before me, in any other paint store, would have had to accept a slightly off mixed color, as he brought in 3 gallons of Canadian base which is slightly different. They set his three aside and gave him three new US gallons for free. WOW!

I went to the Houlton Sherwin-Williams store to get some paint and primer. I needed them to match an older paint from years ago. The young woman working this day was wonderful. She was bright and cheerful. She was willing and eager to help despite having other projects to work on. She took the small paint sample I brought with me and matched it perfectly within just a couple of moments. I asked her a question about the primer I needed, and she knew exactly what I was looking for and quickly found it for me.

The store was clean and neat. Everything was simple to find and the lighting was adequate for matching samples of paint. I enjoyed my visit to this store compared to others paint specialty stores and big box stores. I would really recommend this location as they got it right the first time so I will not have to make a return trip.

Have used this Sherman Williams store for the past 12 years. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, so it's a pleasure doing business with these folks. Will continue to patronize this store.
