Melissa in appliances is extremely patient and helpful with choosing a new appliance. She has a lot of knowledge and great advice on models and selections. She was also fast and efficient checking out.

Everyone who works here is very nice. They patiently helped me until I found what I needed. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

This Home Depot is laid out different than most I’ve been to, making it difficult to find some things, but we had an overall great experience. The bathrooms were very well maintained without smells or stains, which I greatly appreciate. The staff was very kind. Will definitely be returning.

Got five bags of mulch for 5 bags for $10. at Meijers they were $8 a bag. At Lowe’s. They were three bags for $10. Also, we went to Myers for bonemeal and Menards. Only Home Depot

I've not been disappointed in this store yet. So far whenever I've gone here to find something, they have it or can get it. The staff is always helpful and will actually go to a section with you to help you find exactly what you need. The staff will approach and ask if you need help and if you don't, they leave you be. If the person helping you doesn't know the answer to whatever question you have, they will find someone that does. Their prices are competitive and fair and the variety of things that they carry is fantastic. I've not had to wait in any lengthy lines any time I've been at this store because they always seem to have a lot of lanes staffed and open. They do offer a self-checkout option as well.

Customer service was amazing had an emergency happen to where I was Hours late. Returning the tool They prorated it and Alex (Female) at customer service was of great help and gave me zero Hassle extremely professional and polite Highly recommend this location 🖤

The lady who works at Home Depot helped me find exactly what I needed for the project I am working on. She was nice and super knowledgeable. Most of the time the workers avoid you she came right up to me seeing if she could help me. Great experience!

What a great experience today. I went looking for assistance and only needed to land at the end of the aisle to find Jim K. He was a huge help with a clearance item in the bath hardware section.

Jim went above and beyond to help me with attaining the last item available. He was also interested in my project, a universal bath for mother, and shared his own experience with creating a usable space offering independence for his family member.

Took care of all our needs, and were given very useful information where we could find exactly what we needed somewhere else.

I met with Erin at the customer service desk. I needed her help to buy and have a Dewalt mini chainsaw delivered to my home. She was as pleasant and helpful as could be. She was so nice and helpful that she prompted me to write this five star review.
By 10:30 the next morning it was delivered.

I want to give a shout out to the lady in the paint department. I think her name was Mila (or something like that). Last week, I brought in a quart of paint that I decided was the wrong shade after using a small amount. She tried a couple things to try to help me out and then finally decided to exchange the color I had with the one I really wanted. She was friendly and willing to step up to help. Thank you!

I go to Lowe's, Menards, but only when I'm not in the vicinity of a Home Depot.

Just had a great experience yesterday in the lawn equipment aisle. Daniel was an amazing associate and asked Clinton to finish helping me. YOU TWO ROCK!

The Home Depot usually has excellent prices on perennials and mulch.
Always visiting at the beginning on our Summer.
The store is usually stocked and always something on sale.

Went there for a specific item that my son wanted for Christmas. An employee there, Yolanda, helped me. I had no idea what the item was exactly as I just had a picture of it that my son sent me. I knew it was for his Welding Career. Well, Yolanda knew exactly what this item was because she has welders in her family. She was such a HUGE help and she was very personable. As we were looking for the item we had a great conversation. She actually made my day and I will never forget her.
"HEY, HOME DEPOT in White Lake!! GIVE YOLANDA A RAISE!!! SHE DESERVES IT!!!" She knows her stuff in EVERY department. If she doesn't then she will figure it out quickly and professionally. Thank you YOLANDA!!!
