This place is lovely, the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, and their stock is amazing, they have so much to offer

I had a complicated appliance order with discounts and rebates and then there was a dreaded recall from GE. Phil in the appliance department was very helpful and then Justin the manager worked his magic to make all the adjustments and ring up the new cooktop, the protection plan, the discounts, the installation. It was very time consuming and complicated but he was sharp. Hoping my installation goes well. Very thankful for staff's help tonight. Everyone was friendly.
If I could, I would turn down the music a bit and give more variety, corporate. They're stuck on a rotation of only nine Christmas songs and it's very loud and makes it hard to concentrate.

Love getting reduced items here, the garden lady is so sweet!!$4.00 flowers. Every 5 years I have to replace got water heater sucks, but glad there always in stock

Fantastic evening shopping experience this past Sunday. Karen in returns was very friendly. Kevin and Mary on the floor were extremely helpful. There is no way we could have left the store with everything we needed and feeling so positive without their expertise. Kevin helped us all the way to check out and loading up our car. Very clean store with very nice employees. Parking is always easy they have sectioned off areas for outdoor stuff as well which is really nice and makes it easy for loading. I have no complaints over the store definitely cleaner than the local Home Depot.

I went to white lake Lowe’s at 9.50 pm to look for dishwasher and can not found no one to help me so manager Jacob come and help me with my purchase even it was after closing he finish my purchase He was very polite and helpful! I was there about a month ago and one of the ladies in the paint department helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! It was my first painting job and I did not ask for paint right away because I thought it was a straight forward thing... but it's not. She could tell I was struggling and asked if I needed help. I described to her what I was doing and she knew exactly the kind of paint I needed. She was patient with me when I asked all of my questions and she was extremely knowledgeable! I am so happy I went with her recommendation and not my boyfriend's! It looks so great and I could not be any happier!

Adria was fabulous, polite, willing to help me and followed up. Had to return my generator and she was a true professional in every way. Supervisor "Josh" also deserves kudos for his follow up call to assure me that my order has been handled. I do not shop at home Depot because Lowes is the best place to shop. Their employees like Adria deserve 20 star ⭐ positive reviews.

Super convenient to order online and send a text when you're there.
This is nice for some of us who have a difficult time lifting 40 lb bags of soil.
There's also marked parking spots for pickup orders.
Someone brought my order out within a few minutes of my text.

I gotta hand it to these guys, they did a great job for me when I needed a new dryer. My old one died on a Saturday during Labor Day weekend so Sun AM I went online to find a replacement. I knew what I wanted and it was the same price all over town. Here's the difference. I checked Home Depot first but their website said delivery was a week out. Next I tried Best Buy, but when you call their stores you get a foreign call center and can't talk to anyone local! Totally aggravating. Finally I try Lowe's, call the store and they pick up in the appliances dept. almost immediately. They said I could have the dryer next day (Labor Day) so I said I'll be right in. They replied with "don't bother, just order it online" which I did and I had by 2 PM on a holiday. To top it off, the delivery guys were cool and didn't have a 'tude, which differs from the last two appliance deliveries I've had from elsewhere. So guess where I'm gonna call next time I need something?

It was very refreshing to be greeted with a real person at a cash register! I'm a little tired of the self checkouts. They had registers open and ready to serve customers. The store was clean and the employees were helpful.

Super helpful staff! We ordered a new stove for the new house we just bought as well as a gas line connection kit. The kit was ready in a super short time (I swear it was less than a day if I'm remembering right) and stored in a locker. VERY easy and quick pick up! We picked it up when they confirmed (took about a week) via email that the stove ready to be picked up.
Now we did have to wait a bit for them to bring the stove up front which got under my skin but we were in the middle of moving so I was over tired and grumpy lol or else I probably wouldn't ha e even noticed.
The guy that helped load the stove was super helpful and really nice as well!! Wished us happiness in the new house, the whole 9! Will definitely be back if and when we need anything for the house! Bonus-- Lowes charge equaled 12 months interest free on our purchase!!!
