The Home Depot

We the Post 7 Legion were putting wreaths on veterans graves that we bought from Wreaths across America. We got to the Franklin steers cemetery and we ran out of wreaths. I left there with a sad feeling that we didn’t have enough. I drove to Homedepot and spoke to Sandy at Customer Service. She made a in store phone call and with in 20 Minutes I had 30 wreaths for the graves of veterans.
I would Like to thank store manager Bill Brown, Sandy and one other employee that want to remain anonymous. They took money out of the own wallets and each one bought 10 wreaths.
I was overwhelmed by their generosity for helping.
I left there with tears in my eyes. 30 more Vet graves had a Thank you for there service and a wreath. Home Depot thank you for hiring so caring people.

Today I went to the Home Depot store in Rochester, NH for some wood to build some shelves in an odd sized storage closet. None of the standard size boards would work - an employee tried to help me find something that would work. Instead, he made some creative suggestions and custom cut some boards to solve the problem - he spent a lot of extra time doing this for only a $50 sale. Over the past 5 years I have bought area rugs, garden tools, patio furniture, paint and lighting and have been satisfied with the selection of products and the helpfulness of the sales people.

Im truly impressed. I went in search of a 2x4 and a couple of nails and they had exactly what I needed. After wandering around a bit and looking at stuff i didnt need i was able to locate and purchase everything i set out to pick up in the first place.

Great store and fully stocked! Shout out I went into the Ladies bathroom and all of the facuts were on full stream on the HOT setting! The lady going in with me SAID how wasteful! Good luck Home Depot!❤

The employees are always usually help and friendly. Check is very quick ! The rest rooms are always clean every time I've used them.

I went to Somersworth to buy a snow thrower. They laughed said the website was wrong and they're not going into the attic. Go order it online. I did. Went to rochester, they had some on the floor, and very happy to help me find the oil and stabilizer. They were awesome. I'll never go anywhere else again. The nicest most helpful employees!!! Thank you!!

Needed salt for the water treatment. Friendly people. I should have asked but it would have been nice to be offered help getting it in my car.

I went to Home Depot on Main St in Rochester today, and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Ken for his amazing customer service, and to the older gentleman who cut the wood for my odd project (please forgive me, I cannot remember his name!) The combined expertise and kindness of both men made it a great experience. Thanks for everything!

Everyone here is super helpful, they always have my orders ready. Thank goodness for ordering, because some of the things I've looked for a tenfold of times and couldn't find it myself. Thankfully the employees could find it with my mobile order though.

I needed a replacement air cleaner for my lawnmower. I went to Somersworth NH. They had none in the dept. I went to Rochester NH and none were hanging. Ken C. Came to my rescue. He used his store computer and found the store had 7. He got a ladder and went overhead to find them. He could have just said they were out but he didn’t . He went all out to help me. I really appreciate his service. He gets 5 stars from me.

Ok.... Folks working here before closing.... SO FRIENDLY and SO helpful... Trying to find a way to make a porch stair rail for my 87 year old mom... You might think these folks just want to go home and be cranky, but I've got to say, not here. EVERYONE we asked questions answered them and brought us to the products and worked with us. We worked out a great solution... I will drive here again from many miles away just to work with these people. Someone doing the hiring here is doing a great job!!!!!

Great selection of flowers, shrubs, and plants this season. Every time I come, not matter what I'm there for I grab a few more to spruce up my yard. The garden center is overflowing with options and everything looks hearty and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice their selection was. Definetly be going a few more time this summer!

Bit expensive but good products nice workers

Home Depot is my go-to spot now here in Rochester had bought the wrong things and needed them returned very friendly and helpful staff was able to get all my money back without even inserting my card into the machine and not only that they were very nice to my dog 🐕 Penny she got about four or five treats as I was just walking around thank you for having a store that's above and beyond

The cashier in garden named Chelsea was not only super friendly and had a big smile but was also very friendly with small conversation of the tattoos she has and was super quick to get me cashed out and onto my project I was on... I love the customer service she Gave me along with the help from other associates In the store!

Went in to get a paint match for cabinets, the cabinet were vinyl coated. The gentleman at the paint counter was great, hit the correct color on the first try
