I enjoyed this establishment. It was very clean and bright. The items were clearly labeled. There were a variety of items which made making my choice a great experience.

Pyburns have very reasonable pricing on their selection of items. Including tea cakes,homemade cake slices and a fresh produce area as well. Also there is food cooked inside the store from 9am til 5 pm. With hand cut meats of different varieties in the back. Along with house made boudin. Go check em out!

I absolutely love these homemade seafood sausages, chicken sausages, different kinds of boudin etc. Everything is good and fresh. One of the lil young cashier ( that wears the hoodie) is rude tho. This was our 2nd time coming but we will return soon.

We don't go anywhere else since Jim's closed down but to all their locations...best staff in town and they carry best meat sections and prices that can't be best!!!!!

This was my very first visit to this business and I was absolutely pleased with the product as well as the service. The young lady that prepared my order was a pleasure and I truly appreciate her. The young man that packaged my homemade sausage order was top notch. Trust me when I say I'll definitely be back and I'm bringing others along with me.

Great selection and customer service. UPDATE: May 2021 After buying all the meat for my dad's memorial service and having smoked it. Not only did my family love it it was a honor to my dad's legacy 😊.

If you know you know the meat market is where its at I get excited when I do make my trip love the boudain rice the onion sausage and the seafood boudain are 🔥🔥🔥 they take good care of you.

A good meat market with custom sausages also stuffed pork chops and other stove meats along with a hot steam table with soul. Food available in French call store. I really enjoy this place.

Great!!! Visited for 2nd time. The 1st time I went I noticed the line to pay is formed in front of the counter and people didn't want to move so we could view the food. I suppose they thought we were trying to skip the line. Ridiculous!!! But anyway we didn't have a good idea or feel about the place so we left without purchasing anything. Plus it was inside a........Grocery store!!! Yeah!!! I said Grocery store. Anyway, we left without purchasing anything that day. The 2nd visit wasn't intense. There was no line. The staff wasn't hurried and frazzled. So we were able to ask 1st timers questions and decide on the particular food items we wanted and so forth. The carry-out container you get is the smaller size so the portions aren't as big as these kinds of places typically serve but for $6.99 with a free 16oz bottle water, thats worth it for sure. My friend Lionese told me about it and I will certainly tell others. Good day Mate.

Oh my Jesus, I would eat this for a last meal on death row. The ribs were perfect and tender. The fries, cabbage, and cajun mac DELICIOUS. Yall were not kidding about the boudin being spicy, but it's so yummy. Will be ordering again.

Stopped by to pickup some items for a family get together. Pyburns has always been a great resource for market items. I also want to send Mr. Larry and the staff extra special thanks for putting together a very nice catering order for a business event I had in December. My staff enjoyed "Everything!"

Love the food here. Bourdain balls or links are top notch, Pork chop steaks are delicious and huge, Menudo is awesome, and ox tails are on fire. All for a great price. Try the cracklin's, you won't regret it.

Good food, good service at Kim's in the front of the store. I didn't get the oxtails because I don't eat beef but lots of other people were ordering them. The yams were delicious!

Like zollie scales because it is open 24 hours it has a track where you can walk run exercise it has a basketball goal it has reasonable parking space it also but I really really really like is that you have a lot of functions that go there like Zumba you have the community go there and they play basketball you have some church religious
