Huge parking lot inside the outlet mall. Sounds good prices. Columbia has always been quality. Didn’t find anything today, might come back at the end of the week.

Prices good. The boy who checked me out was lovely❤ there was another guy there who stood over me after I checked out like I was going to steal something sitting on the counter. I'll never shop at that store again because of this guy. Made me feel terrible after spending good money in your store. Only reason 2 stars is because of the boy with red hair who checked us out was great. 11/18/22 we visited.

Tried to exchange a belt that I got for Christmas for a larger size of the same belt (wife threw away the receipt). They wouldn't allow me to get the larger size and they aren't able to look up our purchase receipt. Didn't want money, just a belt that fit in exchange for an unworn belt that didn't fit. Should have been an easy exchange but I left with a belt that I can't use. Cashiers were very pleasant, supervisor with headset was not helpful. Champion store across the parking lot did a size exchange for us in less than a minute. Won't be back to Columbia.

I went to this store today, and it was an awful experience. I was there with my baby in a stroller, my husband and my son. I wanted to buy a hat that I liked and I was trying different hats, when I noticed one of the ladies from the store very close to us saying something like "I think they are doing a regular transaction" to the microphone she was carrying. Then it was not one lady, but two of them with their eyes on us pretending they were having a casual chat. There were many people at the store however, the ladies were almost next to us. I made a quick decision on the hat and proceeded to the cashier where the ladies tried to be nice but it was too late. I had to explain to my son that his mother is Hispanic and constantly, (particularly in the north of the state) she gets profiled as a thief when she enters a store, he has ADHD and it is hard for him to stay still or not to touch things, yes the ladies probably remember us!. Horrible shopping experience, just a tip for the ladies at the store: not all people who don't look white are thieves, and if you need to do a check make sure you don't make your customers feel so uncomfortable that they don't visit the store ever again.
