Great experience, no pressure. I dealt with Cam & he was great!! I had LORS of questions & he never blinked an eye whike answering all of them. He was very professional. I ended up getting the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Love it!

Despite it being a busy time of the year, we were greeted within a minute, they quickly recommended the best option for us based on what we were looking for, and made recommendations for upgrades and service improvements without any drastic change in price. They were respectful of our time and friendly.watching how they dealt with other customers while we were there, it was clear they work well together as a team.

Stellar customer service done with calmness and patience throughout the entire transaction. Noah was the only one working in the store at the time and made sure everyone knew he appreciated their patience while he multitasked in the most efficient and kind way. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a Verizon store! Will definitely recommend this location to all my friends.

Donnie was AMAZING! We had some unknown issues with my boyfriends account that he took complete care of and he overall just took very good care of us. Not only was he helping us get a new phone and switch plans, he was also helping three other customers that had come in during the time that we were there. It was so easy and simple and he was just the kindest person!

Verizon offers excellent, well informed sales personnel, that do not pressure or offer a hard sell. Cam was incredible, a real & true pleasure to have purchased by phone with his help.
