Marge made choosing our nursery furniture so easy and enjoyable! She was informative and a pleasure to work with. Bambi baby has great prices and beautiful quality pieces. I love that they give you the option to push your delivery 60-90 days out if you need more time to get the nursery together🥰.

Bambi Baby was the perfect place for my Wife and I to find out Baby Glider. We wanted something very specific and within a few minutes we found what was needed. The customer service was great as well. We had Marge as our Sales Representative to help us buying the glider we wanted to purchase. She went over the specifications of the glider to ensure we had it right. She was very knowledgeable and kind while sitting down with her and made us feel like we made the right choice. We would gladly shop at Bambi Baby even for how far we had to drive to get there. Thank you Bambi Baby and Marge for a terrific experience!

I called Bambi Baby store in Melville this morning. Marge gave me so much information and told me I should come into the showroom. I am so glad I did! She was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me compare the nursery furniture. The quality of the cribs was terrific and there were so many to choose from in the showroom and online. Within a few hours, I had a set ordered and a delivery date! I would highly recommend this store and their great staff. Ask for Marge!

Had such a great shopping experience at Bambi! I visited the store on LI several times to make sure I did my research on products (I.e. cribs, strollers, car seats, etc.). Each time I went, no matter the crowd, I was greeted warmly and by staff who genuinely wanted to help me and take the time to make sure I got full attention and care. One salesperson in particular, Marge, was especially wonderful! She remembered me on each visit (I had about 5) and took the time to talk with me (my husband, parents, in laws … whoever I brought) and show us everything top to bottom and with detail. Especially with the strollers! She gave us all the specs on each model and helped us find the best one for us. She was truly a dream to work with and made the experience unforgettable and enjoyable!

Bambi Baby has the best selection around of furniture and more around! We ordered our entire nursery set from them. Marge has been a dream to work with! From the moment we walked in and up until now while we patiently await our furniture delivery, Marge has been very approachable and knowledgeable. She makes herself available at seems like all hours of the day to answer your questions or address concerns. She has been very patient and accommodating with me as we worked out delivery dates. With so few baby stores around, it’s such a pleasure to work with a professional like Marge who truly cares and embodies the customer service experience.

Love Bambi Baby! Marge is absolutely amazing! We went into the store twice and both times she helped us. The second time we came in, she helped us pick out the crib and dresser we wanted and loved. Buying the set and setting up delivery was as super easy thanks to Marge! Highly recommend this store. Great customer service :)

Went into the store having no idea what we were even looking at. Marge was very helpful and patient walking us through all the different types of strollers. Highly recommend.

We had an extremely pleasant shopping experience at the store today. We very much enjoyed how the sales people let us roam around and try out strollers and gliders without hounding us to make a sale. Once we made a decision on what we wanted, Marge took EXTREMELY good care of us and made sure our purchase was taken off the show room floor immediately and stored safely in the back for pick up at a later date. We will definitely be back for more furniture in the future.

Marge helped me through my long distance shopping experience and she was great! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make a specific purchase without seeing the product. Great experience using Bambi Baby. I ordered my crib via customer service on the phone since I knew what I wanted already. They were super easy to work with and advised the crib was in stock, and it actually was! Setting up the delivery date was super easy as well.

Delivery guys who delivered it my house were amazing and arrived right at the beginning of the delivery window! They built and positioned the crib, cleaned up and took every piece of garbage from the area and even rearranged furniture in the room that they didn't deliver to make sure everything fit!
I would highly recommend using this company, I just wish I knew about them while I was buying furniture for my 1st baby as well!!

There are not many baby stores anymore and for my first child it was important for me to be able to physically see and touch my nursery furniture. The store has a large collection to choose from including not only nursery sets but rockers/gliders as well as strollers and carseats. I went back three different times before I finally made my decision (with frames and even a paint fan deck). Marge my sales associates was great and she was really patient with me each time. Looking forward to when my furniture comes in!

I went into Bambi Baby in Melville and worked with Marge Worby. She was SO HELPFUL and gave me a ton of information on the Nuna brand. She was so knowledgeable and made my decision making process so much easier during what is a very stressful time! She didn’t make me feel rushed at all and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I would recommend the Melville location and specifically ask for Marge, she is a pleasure to work with.
