I truly love the store and so far the two times I've been there both have been wonderful experiences I only has a gentleman who's been there been a help but also does not harm me or try to it is uncomfortable he's a very good representative of the company of how every shop should be run I understand it's hard people like to misbehave in stores but this man has never bothered me about it and has even told me no go ahead pick that up and look at the price instead of me just asking him because that's what I've grown accustomed to not touching anything because stormers end up having something to say because I'm trans and I just didn't know what to do when I said this information is very shocking a wonderful experience and I sure as hell tell everyone to go there and we'll be back myself

Went there yesterday and purchased a couple of items for a few female friends and they absolutely love them. I don't know much about toys but their setup looks very healthy.

New owners took over and the store has a more classy look already. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff made customers feel comfortable.

Excellent customer service and I'm so happy they're open even with the pandemic!!!
