My favorite place Much more professional WalMart Sucks and the management is horribly untrained and useless

I go out of my way from Bethlehem West Virginia to shop at this location. I visited your store today and had a problem with the deli dept.. I went to customer service they gave me a manager right away. E'thel Lewis was very concerned with my issue addressed it in a very professional manner. So kind i appreciated his personality and demineer. Wish all Managers conducted themselfes as he did. My' #1 Grocery store. Thank you E'thel Lewis your AWESOME!

They are usually helpful and nice. Not had a bad time here in a long time. Just don't expect the store hours to be correct. Says ten but they lock the doors at 9:30 and you can't get it. Not sure why they don't post proper hours.

I like that I can use my digital coupons at Kroger's and you get fuel points whenever you earn them from buying certain foods and using your coupons,
it's not too bad if you have to take the kids and they have little carts that they can push themselves a little bus thing they can ride in. An also like a free cookie and a free banana ,
very nice fresh fruit bar and a nice vegetables as well and the staff is great we also get our medications there and they have a really nice staff as well for the pharmacy
They have a lot of parking and they have wheelchair parking

The lady who worked the meat department was very helpful. She took the time to explain how to set up my Kroger's online act to get the best deals. She worked 10/14/18 during the morning shift.

Kroger in Moundsville,West Virginia is wonderful! The store is clean,the employees are courteous and there is a good selection of fresh meat and produce. The organic sections of the store are excellent.

I have shopped at Kroger's in Columbus, Ohio for over 35 years but just moved to Clarington, Ohio in September 2019 and found out there is a Kroger in Moundsville, WV, not to far from where we live also a couple other stores that I Love to shop at so I am a happy camper right now 😊😊😊

Shop here all the time best place to get most my gluten free food need in the city. Just need to get the nonfrozen gluten free hot dog buns.

I love krogers it has great deals and the reward program is awesome. They also send you perfect coupons based on what u buy with your card.
