Circle K

If you need to look up reviews before going to a Circle K you might want to just not leave your home. That being said, I am happy to leave a review. (Since Google is pressuring me to do so)

Was everything I expect from a convenient store. There are places outside the store where you can park your car. Upon entering the store, the first thing I noticed was that I was now inside. I wondered down each isle and saw many things that you might find in a convenient store. But as I was only looking to buy a new set of tires for my car I can not say that I found what I was looking for.

Upon leaving the store I experienced the same feeling I get every time I leave a store without making a purchase. That is, I wonder if they think I stole something.

Over all it was everything I expected. I hope you will find this review helpful.

The employees here are great. The no refrigerated soda products are Flat...every time. Please circle k, stop putting them in front of the heater.

Average, in and out shopping. I have no complaints with shopping here, except it being a little crowed sometimes.

The young girl with dark hair and dark rectangle eye glasses that works overnight shift is a rude "Punk"
She is always very rude and when I ask her questions about products..She snaps at me with her answer.
I am kind and very courteous. I finally had enough of her and told her to check her attitude.
She has never heard the adage "The Customer is always right.
"I dread going into that specific store because of her. I cannot tell you her name because she does not wear a name tag. She needs to be disciplined or fired.

Pay attention to expiration dates when you make a purchase from this circle k. They are understaffed currently because no one wants to work. I heard the manager could be the issue and they little pay offered. Also, they have very little stock of anything. Take the extra two minutes and drive up the road to the other circle k.

I was gonna buy my dad a drink. But I guess you gotta wait to get your actual license in the mail. So technically gotta be 21 and 2 weeks old to purchase alcohol. But hey I got my drinks elsewhere😊.

The manager tina is very rude!!!!! I had complained after finding a hair in a tornado. She decided to call me a liar. Correct..... no appology or even concern for my complaint. I will be contacting the health inspecters and bbb. People like her should not be managing a store. This women owes me a appology for her horrible managing of the situation.

SECOND COMPLAINT...THIS "PUNK " girl JESSICA ,DARK HAIR ,DARK GLASSES, OVERNIGHT CLERK ,if that is her true name, is extremely rude unprofessional , discriminates against ELDERS AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES.. I am 59 years old. So after the last episode, i would never go in when JESSICA is working..But i sat IN parking lot for 5 minutes and saw no one in store..So i made THE mistake and WENT IN..THEN FIVE MINUTES LATER ,JESSICA COMES OUT OF BACKROOM EMPTY HANDED Hmmmm....THEN FIVE OR SO MINUTES AFTER THAT, HER BOYFRIEND WALKS THRU FRONT DOOR. AGAINST STORE POLICY,JESSICA'S boyfriend, hangs out at the store whenever i have been in there, keeping her from doing her job. I have asked "JESSICA" If they have specific items in the store, after spending, wasting too much time, looking for those specific things "Jessica" replies ."everything is all out." She never helps me look for anything. JESSICA AND HER BOYFRIEND, the two of them terrorized me the other night..I ONLY SPEAK THE TRUTH. THIS WAS FINALLY AFTER i asked if they had any pepperoni packs , i was in store prob 30 minutes. "Jessica" replied "I dont know." I walked back down the aisle to back of the store and said loudly "It would be NICE if you would help me look." NO HELP!!
THAT is her job, NOT CAVORTING w/ her boyfriend on COMPANY TIME. SO ,I FINALLY FOUND SOME VERY SOFT PEPPERONI ROLLS IN A BAG.
I suffer from SEVERE Complex PTSD..Whenever "Jessica 'and her boyfriend are there, they incite me b/c we do not agree on politics.WTH? I SAID "You should be grateful that I never followed thru with w/Tammy from the COMPLAINT to CORPORATE. I gave you a break." I BARELY STARTED THAT SENTENCE and "Jessica" REPLIED "NOTHING will happen to ME OR MY job. I am JUST FINE with TAMMY AND CORPORATE." Hmmmmm, VERY INTERESTING.. SHE SAID THIS TO me in a " VERY taunting manner."Jessica believes she IS indispensable. After she and boyfriend taunted/ incited me .MY PTSD WAS FINALLY TRIGGERED.. I hit my right hand down VERY hard on the VERY VERY hard counter. I told JESSICA, WHY I was even in Ohio, which is NONE of her business. I THREW THE VERY SOFT ROLLS TOWARDS HER WAY ,ON MY WAY OUT.. MY ALMOST MENDED ,BUT NOW REINJURED RIGHT ROTATOR CUFF IS JESSICA'S FAULT/CIRCLE K. I WAS BULLIED, I WAS TRIGGERED. IT IS NOT MY "JOB " TO KEEP MY COOL AND BE PROFESSIONAL. I JUST WANT TO GO IN AND OUT OF STORE ,WITHOUT INCIDENT. JESSICA REPRESENTS THE COMPANY OF CIRCLE K AND HER JOB IS TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS, BE HELPFUL AND NOT TO TAUNT CUSTOMERS, NOT TO ACT IN A REPREHENSIBLE MANNER. I have filed another complaint with Circle K Corporate .I am ready to file a law suit NOT JUST AGAINST CIRCKLE K ,BUT AGAINST JESSICA ,HER BOYFRIEND ,OTHERS. JESSICA AND HER BOYFRIEND WERE CHOREOGRAPHING A VIDEO. JESSICA DIRECTED HER BOYFRIEND TO TRY TO GET ME ON SECURITTY CAMERA. "NO, GO LEFT, UNDER CAMERA" HER BOYFRIEND STOOD IN FRONT OF ME IN THREATENING STANCE. MY PERCEPTION. ALSO, JESSICA BLATANTLY LIED TO 911 AND TOLD THEM THAT SHE HAS THROWN ME OUT OF THE STORE BEFORE. A BLATANT LIE!!! TO 911 IS A CRIME. I THREW SOMETHING AT HER?!!..VERY SOFT ROLLS ON MY WAY OU?. NEVER EVER ,HAVE I been SUBJECTED to such DISPICABLE ,REPREHENSIBLE TRASHY behavior in ANY store. I USED TO DO "MYSTERY SHOPPING" ON THE SIDE..JESSICA WOULD HAVE LOST HER JOB THE 1ST TIME .. And that is not the end. HER BOYFRIEND WAS THE ONE WHO told her to call the 911..HE "EGGED" HER ON. NOW i am BANNED FOREVER from going into "that" specific store UNDER PENALTY of ARREST.IRONY being, the other Circle K. Former employee Frank, Kathy, Kira, others, everyone LIKES AND RESPECT ME. THEY ACT PROFESSIONAL/ FRIENDLY. SOME KNOW MY STORY. Speedway employees all LIKE ME . I AM AN EASY GOING PERSON..SO What if Jessica gets sent over to ANY OTHER CIRCLE K?..DO I GET ARRESTED? This SPECIFIC Circle K IS walking distance from where I live and now I am banned ?!!! MANAGER TAMMY , PLS CONTACT ME...CORPORATE HAS MY NUMBER. JESSICA IS A MAJOR LIABILITY TO THE COMPANY AND YOUR JOB AS WELL.
