I don't eat garbage fast food, but boy their WiFi worked great all the way out in the parking lot! Thanks McDonald's for allowing me to get work done while my son was training down the road.

Absolutely hands down the nicest people working here, clean, and fast. It's the first time I have ever used the kiosk and they were patient with me as I had my 4yr old trying to chatter at the same time. I cannot Express how nice and efficient the staff is. I ordered something they happen to be out of (it is seasonal item) and she called the McD's down the road to see if they had it for me. Will drive the extra miles to come here anytime!

The McDonald's in Warren/Cortland is by far the best McDonald's I've been to for years. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a Mocha Frappe. The service was great and very friendly. The best ever double cheeseburger.

I like this location for its great service staff and friendly employees. The food is always hot, fast and consistently good. The other thing about this store that is better than most McDonald’s restaurants is its parking lot. It is easy to navigate, always well kept and newly paved, and there is plenty of room to maneuver through the drive through and parking lot.

This McDs has a staff of friendly n socially kind. People. The food was fast n hot, made the day I ordered. Place to stop when your in a hurry. Get your food quick, friendly personal when u order n good good to take on your journey.

Always clean for the most part. I absolutely adore the bathrooms are so pretty. Also, the managers Denise and Amy are absolutely a pleasure to deal with, go beyond means to ensure I'm very happy, as well as very beautiful. :)

The staff is always very friendly, which is nice first thing in the morning when I am usually there.

I've been stopping here for years. I go inside or threw the drive thru, mostly afternoons or evenings. I must say the last 2 weeks is a big improvement. It's so nice to get waited on with out an attitude from the manager and employees. Or a long wait time. I understand some thing are made to order. But 20 minutes is ridiculous for fast food. Arbys is faster than that. I'm glad to see less of the old bad staff and more new smiling faces. Shout out to the newer manager with the dark hair and the dirty blond girl always working hard in the afternoon. Thank you, keep up the good work. It's not unnoticed. I recommend giving this McDonald's a try. Newer remodel and very clean inside. I can't wait to see the outside landscaping when it's done. Great job Cortland McDonald's. You have made my life so much better and the shake machine is always working now. I'll be in everyday to get a vanilla shake and a burger. Even if I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes. At least it'll be fresh and not 20 minutes. Or forgotten about.

Pleasant employees and my food is correct! That’s saying something for a McDonald’s location.

Their promos this year are a catching mit. Despite the promo of free food, service and food is built like twins. Good support and food.

Had to pull forward and wait. I thought it wasnt busy & order wasnt that big but a nice friendly worker

I'm not big on fast food but when I do go I really enjoy the smiling faces friendly outgoing customer service and at this location I have never had my order wrong they get it right every time!

Nice clean place. Food was super fresh and the young staff was pleasant. If your in the area and craving a big mac, you won't be disappointed.

This Mcdonalds was so fast! The had my sandwich ready before I got to the window. I only hit the brakes for them to wish me a good day!
